You lost a very important person in your life when you lost your mother. Grief Counseling is very important to people. Don't wait. Go. She would want you to heal and live the best and the happiest life you can.
Giz IS bringing messages from your mother. She remains around you and will the rest of your life. If you can feel her, she will bring you more comfort. They are only a thought away, but still a part of us and of our lives. They are in our natural form. To those on the other side, it is only a short time before we join them. Take solice in this.

Don’t ever apologize for crying crying is healthy and it’s actually a good thing so just let those tears flow girl you’ll feel a lot better in the end and grieving is different for everyone. I had to learn to grieve a few years back not that long ago really but I actually went to see a medium because I was so messed up over all the horrible things that were happening to me and all the deaths that I was experiencing and she told me that I’ve never had to grieve. I’ve never lost anyone or anything important to me in my life and so it was the universe teaching me how to grieve and let me tell you has it been a long, hard road, but I’m getting there and it takes time everyone is different some people grieve forever. Some people grieve for a short time some people grieve for months years, but don’t ever let anybody tell you that it’s been long enough you know time to move on time to get over it don’t ever let anyone say that to you you take the time that you need and you will heal in time but that void will always be there and you’ll wake up and have days where you cry all day and you’ll wake up and have days where you laugh all day. I don’t think that ever goes away but I do believe that he gets a bit easier in time, so one step at a time girl just talk to her it helps and talking to her. I think it will make you feel better and you could say goodbye to her that way don’t feel guilty or upset about that because she knows for sure she knows in her heart that that was out of your control. Guaranteed big hugs.
