I cooked this, turned out so good, as good or better than the real bigos ive had in Poland. DONT FORGET TO ADD THE COOKED-THICK-CUT BACON WHEN THE DISH IS DONE COOKING! lol

I have always wanted to try making bigos sometime. It reminds me of a traditional fall stew called bouja that is very popular in certain areas of the upper Midwest. Typically areas with large German or Polish populations.
