You have to download and install ReShade as shown in the vid, the ReShade install puts the files in the folder for you then you move them into the empty ReShade folder. Hope that helps!
You probably missed and/or incorrectly performed a step. I've replicated these steps many times with no issues. If the graphics are messed up remove the 3 Snowymoon files and the Reshade folder then try again.
I do like NVIDIA's filters as well, but personally prefer the granularity of Reshade's FX packs at no extra cost to system resources. Plus, you don't have to worry about your filters getting reset after an NVIDIA driver update.

where do you get the files from the winx64 it cuts and the file is oppend..... i cant find the files you put into the new "named" "reshade" folder

Do you have to disable the TAA or something in the sim?
Yes you do have to completely disable in-game anti-aliasing.
In the advanced user user below what do you write there what command like it says size
Those are the parameters that increase the amount of RAM your game will use. I go over that in my installing mods tutorial.
I deleted the one dxg file the original one it broke my game how do i get it back
Re-download Snowymoon and it will come with the dxgi.dll file, just drag that back into your win_x64 folder

... I use nVidia App HDR. Adjust colour temp and bloom... good to go.
Nvidia is heavier on the gpu so that is something to take into account
