    why did you add 0.50 in the table value of Z while calculating project completion probability at the end of this video?

      Note, z can be positive (when the time given is more than the average time) and can be negative (when the time given is less than the average time), but the probability or area will always be positive (minimum 0, maximum 1)
      If the z value is positive, add 0.5 to the table value (obtained from z table with areas given from the centerline) to calculate probability and in case z value is negative, subtract the table value to calculate probabilities. so here your z is positive as critical path duration is 29 and in question your project completion time is 30 weeks.
