A lot is a stretch in the prosecution of this case, but charges related to the raid of Thug's house are overcharging. It was Thug's house, not Yak's. When they put Yak in custody, he had run from the house. It's hard to put drugs & guns on him at that point. The state threw everything at the wall in these cases.

She has continued to try and get the DA office to get their case together … it’s shameful .
Appeals in this case would be very unlikely to occur before 2040. They will have served a large chunk of their sentence before then.
