    Bruce was a 1959 Cha Cha champion. Dancing is fighting and vice versa..His training initially was intense but he found an easier way to train. Bruce believed in effortlessness in fighting and defending so the economy of movement and striking was critical along with blinding speed. The secret is in the core and the core of your mind.

      It surely does, but it’s seems nearly impossible to get the same kind of food these days. The GMO, processed garbage we’re given doesn’t have anywhere near the same nutrient, energy, and electric density that food used to be nowadays, and even worse, the additives and synthetic ingredients are slowly killing our cells one at a time.

      @@keiharris332Bruce lee's power and strength wasn't in his muscles size as you can see his muscles are barely visible yet strong cuz of how hard and intense his training was that got his muscles to be more explosive and have a higher endurance and also his immense speed was a part of that high strength and power since it generates the needed force to do such punches and kicks which can only be built through specific type of training and embracing core strength and flexing even the smallest muscles to force the body into being fully activated with every move and making every muscles connected with each attack
      Protein doesn't do any of this shit so don't say that the diet did any crap

Alongside and already super focused and dedicated goal which takes incredible mind power and ability to remain diligently in tune and in agreement with that little voice in your head.That voice telling you to do better and be the best you can be. One aspect of Bruce that may not be overlooked, but definitely isn’t appreciated enough. Not in words when he’s the topic amongst a discussion i mean to say.

    We often look for flashy things, music and motivation but the reality is that discipline is key. Some brutal and minimalist routines build the best result on the long terms. I personnaly get a routine of 4 rounds of forward front kick / forward roundhouse kicks at the heavybag in my trainings. That doesn't build muscular strenght that much much your stamina, your core and the right little traumas for the back. Isometrics were gold to him also. Tendons are key

This guy can draw a gun out of a holster and fire it quicker than the eye can follow. It would take a lot of intelligence and intuitive smarts for Lee to devise his training program.

    Sorry Michael J White he will knock you out in 1 punch. Bruce Lee never even got to face a worthy opponent to reveal his true power. He slowed his movements for camera. Watch the green hornet you will understand.

    the secret is the chakras, kundalini, and the 3 dantians. the problem with that is the body will slow down and cause early death when we push that type of energy to far, he was warned but he wanted to see his bodies potential, and he did which cost him his life. this was his personal journey, and it was ok because he got to see how much his body can handle. so yes you have to train your body to detail to handle that inner hidden energy.

      Where is this coming from?

    • @abdulmuhammad-md7xi
      @abdulmuhammad-md7xi 11 месяцев назад

      from someone who is also a master of mind over matter, understanding the energetic , mental and spiritual system within. the body is finite, over using the energies from within can wear it down, something all masters of subtle energies know, he wanted to see how much his body can go, test the limits, it wasnt about fighting like the normal minded person would think. i push too but balance is key here. since we are just energy. there is no limit on how we can exert it and show power, same power that can be use to create your own world and own reality if used that way. stepping out of time like he was doing takes a toll, moving the body past 80 mph has its toll, same as driving a car above that speed affects the body.@@servandoherrera7550

    Such bad information. Yes, Lee used Isometric training methods... HOWEVER... he never stopped throwing punches and kicks. Such as dumb and ignorant take.
    Lee punched his wall mounted sandbags, regularly. Thrusted his fist and fingers into buckets of pebbles. Kicked heavy bags. Hit and Kicked shields, held by students. And more. He never stopped training... and he never stopped throwing thousands of techs per day.
    Also, Isometrics, is just ONE of the many things that developed his techniques "Attributes". There are a Load of other things, such as "speed drills", power drills, slow-motion training, and much more involved.. in reaching Masterclass level output potentials.
