@@nickpruiksma6070 looking at the video the way the fire is pouring out the rear. Looking like back porch and wall. Why are they applying so much water from outside with men inside
@@gordonjeffery2062 fire was knocked down within 15 minutes of the operation. It was mostly exterior when it started from the rear and auto exposed from the first floor to the second floor then to the attic. Of course the outside is going to look a lot worse than the inside considering the wind conditions as this was right off the beach. As far as putting water on the fire from the outside, theres no firefighters in the attic space so why not cool it down from the outside while they are trying to find it from the inside?
Saw this yesterday back Of house looks like a blowtorch went through it. Did they give the cause yet? Definitely started in back. Lots of houses in HB are summer rentals so hopefully nobody got hurt
Long Beach is a barrier island-a long, skinny thing sticking out in the ocean. It's probably less than half a mile wide. Hence, you get some heavy winds, although I don't know what it was like that day.
my guys always first on scene !
I see lots of smoke.must be a house fire.
Why are they inside a building close to collapse with firefighters shooting water from the outside? Look at heavy fire in roof area.
What makes you says its close to collapse? And why cant you shoot water into the attic from the outside??
What makes you think this building was close to collapse?
@@StephenNurn people inside. You adding water to a building that has been heavily compromised
