the puller that u told us not to use is actually a keycap puller and switch puller the keycap puller part is like the default one that they give in keycap sets but its thinner so it can go in and hook on it better the way it works is like switch puller u put it in the small gaps turn it and hook it on the keycap and pull up i dont know if this is understandable cus i dont know how to explain but hope it helps
