How could you ever expect the Skyline 3.5V6 to keep up with a C63 or an M3? It had no chance! The ISF did well though, but the M3 is just a weapon. Perfect balance and precision. Just the right amount of power for the chassis. No wonder you always see BMWs at track days! They were built for it! The C63 is more like an American muscle car by comparison.
It's a pity the updated ISF never seemed to get tested in any videos. The 2011-2014 ISF had a LSD and a totally changed suspension setup. It was supposed to be a big improvement according to all the magazine reviews and able to rival the M3.
BMW is very good at handling corners, but on the straights acceletation it gets smoked by the AMG. So: BMW-->Handling Master AMG-->Acceleration/Speed Master
ISF nearly 4000lb with a driver did well and undersized tires. If remaining staggered should be 255/295 or squared 265 or 275 or 285. Updated models with the LSD will fair even better I imagine.
I actually like all these cars but the likelihood is that at this time and year the Lexus is happily home with the 1st or 2nd owner while the Benz and BMW are in the hands of the 3rd or 4th owners, possibly sitting in some shady specialist garage because ain't nobody got the money to repair those at the dealers.

ISF doesnt need any more power, it needs more balance. it is unstable in corners, because of tires and suspension. Put good tires and suspension on that IS-F and it would have been a big difference, it might not have won from the M3, but definitely from the AMG
After the taping of this video the BMW and Mercedes overheated, leaked out all the oil, got a ton of electrical faults, and were towed away to their dealers!!! While the Lexus casually drove home!
very close with benz and bmw... really depends on the driver with those two cars... i cant say that bmw is better , guess driver is better ... very close to call who has better engineering... or maybe the turbo of the m3 kicked in..since c63 is just v8 naturally aspirated

リアのバネレートを上げるとリア追従レスポンスが上がるから、よりFRらしい挙動になる。
ただ上げすぎたり、アーム類の設計が悪くてアライメント変化が大き過ぎるとか小さ過ぎるとか、前後のステアバランスが悪いとISFみたいに、アクセル開けた瞬間カニ走りみたいな車になる。
リアのバネレート下げる、フロントのバネレートを上げる、リアのダンパーを締める、とかすればマシにはなると思うけど、根本的には設計ミスな気はする。
オーナーの友人によると、いじってやっと実測値で420馬力いくらしい…

What this video does, is show how good that M-Limited Slip Differential is... That E63 was one wheel drive way too often and it cost it time.
Back then the C63 didn't have an LSD, it was an option. But the M3 was definitely more balanced in corners...
