Geist is easily my favorite hidden gem. I'm the same age as you but maybe I was living in a bubble. At the time I remember thinking Geist graphics were fantastic but that could have been because of how few first person shooters we got on the Gamecube compared to other platforms. I loved it. I don't remember much about it besides the premise and taking control of some things and some of the guns but I remember it being fun. If they remastered it I'd check it out but I have a feeling it didn't hold up as well as my mind thinks it did.

    Harry Potter Quddich World Cup
You’ll almost never hear people say that’s how they started their gaming career. Keep in mind that due to my passion with sports and later using it as a career in sports journalism and sports broadcasting, I’ve become more of an hardcore casual gamer. Eventually I got sucked into the Zelda hype and picked up the Zelda Master Collection!
I grew up as a diehard Sonic, Zelda, and Pokemon fan (still a hardcore fan of both IP’s to this day). However, Zelda holds a soft spot in my heart.
PS: I have both Sonic Collections on the GameCube. Very nostalgic

Battalion Wars 2 was so fun on the wii. A third game on switch would be amazing

They did do a modern take on Geist, it was on Switch and called Mario Odyssey. Sounds very similar in gameplay, you're just not a ghost inhabiting objects and characters, but are Mario controlling a supernatural "ghost hat".

      Is that how Geist played?

@@zachtwilightwindwaker596 seems similar to how RGT85 explained it in the video. You, the player possess various objects and characters, but of course it's not exactly the same.

I may not have played a lot of GameCube but WWE Day of Reckoning. It is by far one of my favorite wrestling games of all time. I really enjoyed the online play as well.
