The rules of riding in an elevator are both unwritten and
unclear to many people. Should you hold the door? Should you speak to your fellow passengers? Let's take a look at what makes good elevator etiquette. Riding one doesn't need to be that stressful!
○ Always stand away from the doors. Someone might be exiting at this floor, and you always want to let them exit before you board. Don't board until everyone has gotten off!
○ Hold the door if it's not an inconvenience. More specifically, if the elevator isn't crowded, be sure to hold it!
○ Respect the space of others. If the elevator isn't crowded, you don't need to stand six inches from someone. That's annoying. Instead, if there are only a few of you riding, go to separate sides!
○ Make sure you always face forward once you're inside the elevator.
Having your back to the door and staring at people might make things
awkward.

I hate it when people will not let you go out before you left. Its highly disrespectfull but at the same time some people do not have any manners and can't not even be compared to animals cause that would be a insult for the animals 🤧.

I don't think it's about manners. Some people go into elevators the same way you enter places, some exit through the right others enter through the left, I guess I can understand why it would make you feel offended, but I can also explain how that can be uhm interpreted by an autistic individual and people from other cultures.
