7:25 LMAOOOO broooo (I would totally build that for you tho haha), also this is so amazing Forrest! You should get some raw image shots of this and print them, I'd hang that on my wall!
I bought the BTAS Gotham set and also noticed that it looked really cool when lit up through the plates holding the entire thing together. That cloud glass pane parallax effect is some top tier filmmaking. I also think that the micro scale works really well for the shot. It puts the focus on the movement and action by cutting out potentially distracting details.
If you're looking for multilayered stopmotion haze, check out this Soviet film from the 70's called Hedgehog in the Fog, crazy how they were able to achieve some of those effects. I think it's all multiplane.
Bro, I look up a lot to u, and really like ur Lego animation work, I hope to someday be as good as u, and wish to meet with u one day, ur the best Forrest!😊😊😊
This video looks so cool I can’t wait to see how you outdo yourself again. I’ve been a fan since like 2008, a good portion of my earliest memories are of watching your old stuff lol
I’m intrigued to know what your writing process is and what you use to write. Do you just write a rough draft of what you want your stories to be for your professional brick films and even your zombie universe films or is it constant rewrites with others that take a bit to get right considering what you write your going to have to animate, I’m really intrigued to know your response and what website you use to write your scripts ❤ much love to your craft
@@JordanWheeler1999 interesting, thanks for that I was just interested given how specific these brickfilms he makes are and that it’s insane how daring he is when it comes to his animations to how he thinks of them

God, I am so hyped for the full video
An idea that comes to mind for a practical fog effect would be getting a sheet of acrylic and sanding it to make it look cloudy.
This looks sick can’t wait

This is the coolest thing, seeing the sets that you make for such short shots is just as impressive as the actual animation.
That cliff is insane
These bts videos always make me so inspired. Learning all the techniques you do and how you achieve effects is always so cool
Can’t wait to see the final composition of this shot with all the little tiny details added like dust/dirt when the car does the jumps 😊
love these classic bts vids
It’s really cool that you’re using a sheet of glass bcs they used that same technique for the orginal King Kong
Forrest's putting that BTAS set to good use. My hype 4 this brick film is immeasurable!🔥🦇
