    Sir, I have lost 20kgs in 3 months. Thanks a lot for your advice. I have substituted it with my dinner.
    When I was 99kgs I was feeling kind of relaxed that my weight is in two digits only but when it reached 100kgs, it was kind of a shock to me. Please allow me to tell you something about myself. I am 35 years old and a paraplegic person due to a spinal cord injury almost 10 years back. So it is needless to say that I can not exercise like all of you normal people can. That's why I decided to focus completely on my diet.
    Let me tell you all the changes I made in my diet point by point.
    1. I did not stopped talking tea (I am planning to quit it though) but started using date palm jaggery in place of sugar. I haven't taken sugar since December last year. Plus I limited myself to only two cups of tea per day.
    2. I started consuming sprouts with jaggery on a daily basis be it date palm or normal.
    3. I drank only warm to hot water during the whole winter season. Believe me I did not had even a sip of normal water during this period.
    4. I started eating lots of dal and salads before both my lunch and dinner.
    5. I also tried intermittent fasting for many days. This was the toughest part as I always had a habit of eating something or other after dinner be it chocolate or any sweets or biscuits, mixtures anything. So I just stopped buying any of them. I started to had my dinner latest by 7pm and then I stopped having anything except warm water till I sleep. Then I started having my breakfast around 9-10 am. This did worked wonders for me as unnecessary munching was my worst habit.
    6. I completely stopped eating junk food. Maximum once a week I might have eaten outside food.
    7. I had also eaten chicken breast, white portion of egg, soya bean etc on a regular basis.
    8. I regularly ate some seasonal fruits on a daily basis. Mostly apple, papaya etc along with almonds and walnuts.
    9. I stopped rice, maida and refined oil as much as possible. For rotis also, I never had more than 2 in any meal.
    10. And last but certainly not the least I religiously had this soup daily for my dinner. It never appealed to my taste buds but I somehow got used to this.
    I just want to say this might sound tough to implement to many of you but believe me, If you have anyone in your family or friend circle who can motivate you constantly you will certainly be able to achieve this. If a paraplegic person like me can loose so much of weight why can't you? Believe in yourself, start understanding and listening to your body and start it from today only. You cannot eat outside food due to this lockdown thing so this this the best time to shed all the unnecessary kilos. Also incorporate some exercises to your routine to get better results not ony physically but mentally also. All the best guys. See you all on the better side.
    P.s. I couldn't exercise due to obvious reasons.
    My sleep patterns are still irregular.
    I am about 80kgs as of now.
    I wish to go under 70kgs. Wish me luck too.

    Summary of this video:
    Ingredients:
    Onion 1 medium
    Tomato 2 small
    Cabbage 1/4th
    Capsicum 1/2
    Carrot 1 medium
    Procedure:
    Finely chop all these veggies.
    In a pressure cooker, add a little bit of water(don't add oil).
    Add onions and saute it for about 1-2 minutes.
    Add cabbage and saute them.
    Rock salt according to taste. (Try not to add table salt/regular salt)
    Add carrot and saute them.
    Add capsicum.
    Add tomatoes.
    Now mix all the veggies.
    Add a little bit of black pepper to speed up weight loss.
    Now, finally add enough water to soak up all the ingredients (500ml)
    Close the lid and simmer it for about 15m on a low to medium flame.
    After 15m, turn off the flame and let the lid of cooker pass naturally.
    This is enough for 2 servings.
    Transfer it to a bowl and sprinkle some lemon juice to enhance it's taste and for weight loss.
    This is so filling that you can replace it with dinner. Or, take it before dinner. Make sure to add this soup in your diet for atleast one meal of the day.
    Here's my experience:
    I replaced this soup with my dinner and morning meal. This was filling and tasty too. I didn't exercise. I consumed it for 7 days and lost 2.5 kgs! My mom also tried this and she lost 4 kgs. Without any exercise. I was 56 before and now,

    Dear all those who are here watching d video am sure most of us are concerned about weight. I would like to mention one thing that this guy has changed my life I have lost 20 kg following his diet.. there were many fancy diets available in RUclips... But none can address our indian lifestyle better than what vivek mittal does.. Lately to maintain my ideal weight I have started Intermittent fasting...       @@rahnar8185 I lost 4 kgs in 13 days. I had this once a day. Mostly in lunch. And I didn't have rice and sugar at all. Occasionally I had wheat bread and chapati.
      And I didn't do any workout.
      So I can say this works wonders. I also added any type of dal and ground nuts to it, to add protien.

      Nirmalji it tasted bland since it only has pepper and salt for taste but I added Jeera Powder and a pinch of Garam Masala to it and it tasted wonderful. Since it also happens to be a detox recipe, spices and everything is best avoided. :)

    I lose 6 kgs in 17 days. Tip is jogging 9kms per day and avoiding sugar, drinking lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables. Weekly once non veg. Before bed and waking up in morning 1 big glass of milk.
    My plan is to reduce 22kgs. I was 96.8kgs. Now i am 90.8kg.

      @@upendradigi4530 yes bro. You try it. But if you are jogging for the first time in your life or walking after so many months you should walk 3kms for 1 week. Gradually you should increase the distance of jogging. Dont jogg for 9kms in the first day itself. It will cause damage to your ligament and bones. Your body will feel cramp.
      Try like this. If you do like this for next 5-6mnths you can reduce upto 20kilos

      This thing i tried out last yr during my weight loss journey. But i couldn't go for more than 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i ate chicken, and fish. This happend when i was coming back from my college and i was tired and feeling very hungry.. so i saw a road side food stall/mobile restaurant. The smell of the fried chicken made by diet broke.. 😫😁
      My mouth was watering like hell😋😋😋😋

      1. Eat 200 calorie less from your maintenance calorie
      2. Eat only 200 or less carbs
      3. Cut your sugar as much as possible
      4. Follow this recepie daily

    Guys this works. I had this soup daily in the evening, replaced sugar with honey and jaggery, eliminated all junk food from my diet and ate till I was SATISFIED and not FULL. No workout and no rigorous diet. And guess what? I reduced 4 kgs in a month.

    It turned out tastier than I expected, I think a small amount of garlic will enhance its taste without affecting its benifits, pepper and lemon will give a better taste. Try not to skip any of the veggies here you will not get any dominating taste of any veggies you can eat this easily.

    We made this soup today. Added a few drops of oil and a clove of garlic at the beginning, plus a dash of lemon juice at the end. It was a tasty, hearty soup! Had three bowls of it during the day! Thank you for the recipe.

    Hello
    I eat rice 3 times a day and my weight was 58 kg.
    Since last 30 days I used to take curry cooked the similar manner as ur dietary food. The things I add in my curry is one tbspoon mustard oil,onion,table salt,a few fresh vegetables along with that green papaya(compulsory). And now I have reduced 4 KGS.
    I do had weight loss but there is no fat loss..
    Definitely going to try ur recipe with papaya and without cabbage (allergan).

      From ur queries, it is evident that u r desperate to loose belly fat.
      There is NO MIRACLE soup, diet, fruit juice that is going to help u loose belly fat.
      FIRST try to understand ... being healthy is more important than loosing weight. I mean , if u loose weight n CANNOT climb 2 flights of stairs ... of what use is that weight loss ?
      The ideal WEIGHT LOSS SHOULD be 1 kg / week = 4 kg per month.
      plz consider the following.
      1) If u have belly fat, u have developed it over years. So to loose it is going to take time.
      2) Begin ur day by eating any seasonal fruit.
      3) NEVER skip breakfast.
      4) Exercise minimum of 45 min per day.
      5) Avoid soups, juices. Rather chew ur veggies n fruits.

      You can easily be healthy, lose weight and do much more with tasty and healthy food. If you want quick fixes like basically starving yourself, then it's okay to make such compromises.
      He is asking to add this with our normal diet....how will it change anything..Calorific deficit is most important.

      @@amritraj-by9ep haha I eat cakes ,pizzas, burgers,ice creams and many other delicious foods but I think what I eat is healthy . I bake my cake with almond flour sweetened with Stevia along with a thick creamy 100% cacoa filling . I have cauliflower crusted pizzas which are absolutely delicious . And finally the lettuce wrapped meat burgers with poached egg and yes they taste good but are still Healthy . And finally protein ice cream sweetened with Stevia are the best . So learn to eat delicious but healthy .

    @fit_tuber being so health conscious as of now 2 tips from me 1) use stainless steel pressure cooker. 2) Avoid plastic such as bowls, chopping board etc.

      Maybe you don't know when things are used in excess for cooking it get's discoloured. If you are detested by it's looks you should go down and wash it for him.

      @@merlinfrancis9754 Mam I am a chef in a star hotel and cooking for last 12 years and I can very well tell if a utensil has been cleaned or not. This discoloration is a result of accumulated layer of spices and oil over long time due to improper cleaning.Perhaps you may not know it as I believe you also have unhygienic dirty utensils.That is why it may be normal for you. Take a tip -boil water in your dirty utensils put little vinegar, boil it for 5 min and scrub using steel wool after draining it.

    Please don't use aluminium vessels and don't eat refrigerated food. Once you cook after 4 hours the nutritional values start reducing

      Add kachnar guggul ( consult ayurvedic doctor ) to your diet
      This herb is magic
      Do two yoga asan daily
      1-halasan
      2-sarvangasan
      3- sheershasan if u can (headstand )
      4- bridge making
      4- breathing exercises
      6- add iodine and vit d as thyroid patient loose it
      7- lots of water
      8- 1.5 hours workout walk cycling yoga mix ( without this you cant loose) make it like habit
      9- pizza burger sugar cola outside food icecream soda packet food no no don't even touch
      10- eat normal home food with less oil veg non veg curd eat one roti if u eat 2 eat 2 if u eat 3
      Fried food no no
      In dinner eat light food soup or daal or chicken cooked home types
      11- consult ayurvedic doctor for additional ayurvedic med for thyroid along with ur regular med
      12- make tsh level 2 or below unless this is done no point doing anything else
      I have done all this with yoga my tsh level from 7 reached 0.2 I kept myself on 25 mg in 2 months
      Breathing exercises increases metabolism and u burn more Cal n tsh also comes down

    Hi! Hv some doubts
    1. In another video u said that aluminium cookware s nt good for health, but here u hv used the same
    2. Same way u said Cooker is not good for preparing food as almost 90% of the nutrients get burnt, but here u r using the same
    3. At the end of the video u hv suggested that we cn prepare this soup nd keep in fridge for a week nd eat it after heating it. Bt I don't think it's good to keep the cooked food for that long nd heat it every time we eat it. Instead of giving good results it might lead to bad ones. Cooked food kept in fridge for longer period nd heating it again and again makes it dead and unhealthy for consumption.
