Victor always bleed Tuna. Many ways to bleed. Here in the PNW we catch albacore about the same size and we spike them in the head, double gill Cut and upside down in a bleed bucket. Love your channel and keep bleeding those fish :) We bleed everything here but especially tuna and Salmon. We also do a slush/slurry cooler for the tuna and hit it with 6 bags of ice and then fill halfway with salt water and make a slurry and after you bucket bleed the tuna stick in that slurry for 30 minutes and then pack it in you ice only cooler it will bring that core temp down of that fish fast and make the meat even better.
Great fishing show guys ! ... I remember reading my father old 1950 Field and Stream magazines ! The average Tuna being caught out in the Gulf of Mexico is 200-600lb. That all you will ever see now is baby Tuna being caught ! Mankind has move fastly forward in such a short time ! Sorry to say I won't be around to see what it would be like in the next 50-70 years to see the impact on mankind on this PLANET !
I have PTSD and I live for you uploading new videos. I've watched and re-watched your videos several times. Keep 'em coming. It's a form of therapy for me.
Oh wow...when I saw how well battered you got those Tuna chunks, I immediately said, "I have to make General Tso Tuna..." You're mistake is my inspiration! Awesome stuff... Adam is the man always knows what fish is on the line instantly, and gotta love the vocab! Stay Safe Vik
I hope you'll keep the catch-n-cook segments on this channel as well. I really enjoy the way it all ties together. Nevertheless, great job! Looks like a really epic day. Sucks that I have to run 50 miles or more to find a blackfin or wahoo... you guys in FL have it good! But you know that.
hey vik, can you give a more in-depth explanation of your gear. I am from the island of Barbados in the Caribbean and our style of live baiting is a little different from yours and im trying to understand yalls style better. great vid keep em coming.
Vic you guys are all great. The WOK is a game changer for home cooks steping up like you. Try a give away with a WOK starter kit. Maybe a sponor there. Thinking big kahuna. Seanon the wok. Then different seasoning oils and asian basics in the pantry. Local asian import stores are amazing by me but everyone is scared right now about some of the best ways to cook because it asian. Keep up all your good work. Great for outdoor cooking for so many reasons. lOVE N BE WELL
You do know, Vic, that your best ever catch was Brook, right? She may not be as sexy as Vicky Stark or Luiza Barros, but she is still so adorable, and what warm, friendly smile and personality. Hope you two keep cranking out these videos - makes me envious, both for the fishing trips and the wonderful meals you two make! Stay healthy, COVID-free, and hope y'all feel a lot of heavy tugs through the rest of the year.
I would love to see some more kitchen type knives given away. I think everyone who watches these videos probably fishes, and probably has a decent filet knife. A good kitchen knife is a different story though. I just recently bought a couple nicer ones, and it makes all the difference in food prep!
Man that was delicious but where is Brook wow you went fishing without your other half your soulmate I would’t dare to go fishing without my other half well say hi to her till the next vid.
Hey vik , am big fan would you recommend a rod/reel combo for bottom fishing and top water as well, the combo you have with the purple reel looks nice thank you
Vic, Another great video! I would like to see you give away a sushi knife or something along those lines. Really like the other channel too...can"t wait for the covid -19 to go away So I can head down to Jupiter and wet a line again! Keep them coming and STAY HEALTHY!
Glad y’all put the fish out of their misery quick instead of letting them suffocate in the cooler. Then the meat is way better with less stress in it 👌🏽
WHOA...sporting a nice yanagiba on the counter!!! I would totally be into sushi knives! I'm left handed so finding an affordable matching set is hard. That food looks awesome man!
Love that you are catching fish hate that y’all have boats. I kayak fish in Navarre and as you know beaches are closed. Got some bait strips rigged up to try this summer
Vic, looking for the catch and cook you made with pasta and cream sauce. Looking back in my history, I realized I've been following you for 2 years. Can't find the episode. Made the receipt once it it was awesome. I'm dying because i cant find it!! Help! Keep up the great work.
personally, I would love to get a dexter filet knife or sashimi knife. great vid btw, i just recently learned of your channel but i'm enjoying your content. tight lines, and i hope you and yours are all safe and healthy
Always look forward for your videos. Waiting to get out there myself when this all clears up down in Miami and keys. Love to see a hibachi knife give away! I just bought a dexter 9” for skinning fillets 👍🏼
That stir fry sauce looked really good. What is the brand of the sweet chili sauce? I think I saw it in another one of your catch and cooks, but can't remember. All that Dexter gear looks cool, but I think a sashimi knife would be a nice giveaway since most of us probably have decent fillet knives, but few of us have a true sashimi knife.

Yes! Tuna collars are the best
