    Hi!
    I have a fresh cream at home that has an imminent expiration date, so I was thinking about what to make with this, and I made a fresh cream muffin with plenty of fresh cream.
    By adding vanilla beans to it, the flavor is good and the moist and soft muffin is completed. ^^
    It's a plain muffin, so it's easy and easy to make.
    I bought vanilla bean powder this time and used vanilla bean powder in the video, but instead of vanilla bean powder, you can add 1/2 vanilla bean, 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste, or 3 g vanilla extract ^^
    With plenty of whipped cream, make a moist and soft vanilla whipped cream muffin! ^^
    * After making muffins, wrap them in an airtight container or wrap and seal them well. It is recommended to eat after aging at room temperature for one day *

    [Vanilla Cream Muffin]
    ▶ Ingredients ◀ 6 pieces ㅣ 356℉ 22-24 minutes
    100g unsalted butter
    80 g sugar
    20 g of honey
    1 g of salt
    100 g eggs
    140 g all purpose flour
    20g almond flour
    4 g baking powder (Use baking powder as an aluminum-free product. Otherwise, the muffins may taste bitter.)
    100g heavy whipping cream
    1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla bean (or alternatively 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or 3 g vanilla extract)
    ◼ Please prepare ◼
    -Prepare all ingredients at room temperature (especially butter and eggs must be at room temperature)
    ■ How to store ■
    -Store at room temperature for 2 days and frozen for up to 2 weeks.
    -After making the muffins, seal them well, mature them at room temperature for one day, and eat them the next day to make them more flavorful and moist, so you can enjoy them more deliciously.

      핸드믹서가 훨씬 편하긴하지만 손 거품기로도 충분히 가능합니다. ^^

      핫.... 이런... 어째요 ... 😭😭 생크림 휘핑해서 컵케이크처럼 프로스팅해서 드시면 좀 낫지 않을까싶네요 . 😭
