More open conversation should be encouraged to peel off negative stereotypes about masculinity & vulnerability, fostering a culture where seeking help is recognised as a sign of strength. Programmes and policies at schools and workplaces can minimise discrimination & promote men's mental health. More grassroots awareness campaigns are urgently needed to promote understanding of mental health challenges, and safe and inclusive support systems tailored to men's needs can ensure accessible care. Families & communities should come on board to build supportive networks that empower men to prioritise their well-being.
