As someone from a small shithole town in Maryland who visited many small shitthole towns in Pennsylvania growing up, Millwood isn't that far off... 💀 Also, can we talk about Chip's mom? I know she hasn't been in this season outside of episode 1, but she is def high on my suspect list!

Noa verses the dog gave me vibes of the scene in the graveyard in The Omen.
Notes are very different to recordings done without your consent. I've worked in Mental Health admin for the last 5 years and we have to be very up front about things like that. For instance new therapists NEED to have their sessions recorded while they are qualifying and we have notes on patient files for people who have and have not agreed to have their sessions video/audio recorded. Now that doesn't mean that patients agree to something and then forget about it but that's why we have dated notes on records to show when they said yes to something. Otherwise our department would get fined with potentially £10,000s going to a complainant.

Just to give some more info. I’m a social worker who offers individual psychotherapy. It’s very common practice to take notes. If you want to be considerate, I always ask my patients if they are comfortable with it because I’ve had patients feel like I’m ignoring them or writing things they don’t want written down. This is common practice and it is not illegal to take physical notes as we legally need to write case notes and the written notes help as a reference point. Now, by law in the U.S you cannot record any therapeutic service unless a patient gives WRITTEN consent. Verbal is not enough. Even if it’s a contract, the therapist should always mention this to patients before they sign so they know what they are signing. If you receive consent to record, transcribing is a pretty common practice is you find it helpful and I’ve had to do that for certain jobs before. But yes technically yes Dr. Sullivan broke the law for recording as well as the transcription since there was not consent for the recording.
But it’s also equally illegal to break in her office steal their flies & other patients flies even if there friends. I’m interested to see how this plays out. I feel like Imogen is going to have a breakdown & call her. Or Dr. Sullivan is going to come back at the end of the season & we find out who Bloody Rose is like in the OG series after Mona’s reveal as🅰️

48:58 Noa is on the track team so her speed & stamina is probably really good enough to where she could just barely out run a big dog. From having a dog myself the more fur & weight they have will slow them down especially if they don’t run often. But I kept asking myself y didn’t Noa climb up a tree? If she can jump between buildings she can surely climb a tree.
The type of dog Rose had was a police dog. They're FAST. Belgian Malinois can run up to 30MPH. As far as climbing a tree, if there aren't low limbs to help pull yourself up it's pointless.

I noticed there was a promo poster of all the girls, and it shows their final girl tests. You see Mouse surrounded by fire, Faran holding up a log, Noa is running on thorns with a dog head behind her, Imogen is holding bloody clothes, and Tabby looks like she’s praying with Bloody Rose and two other figures behind her.

I hope that the girls know that they can’t go to the cops or get a lawyer about the recording because it’s equally illegal to break in & steal yours & friends flies from a therapist office. So they can’t sue her without lying about seeing the recording. I get where they r coming from but this was not thought through

thoughts on relationships:
Ash and Mouse = end game.
Johnny and Imogen- TBD( too understanding and rationalizing of her spiraling behavior)
Christian and tabby- TBD (too well matched? Too good to be true?)
Noa needs to sort through her momma trauma and be alone for a bit. She doesn’t understand her own boundaries as she was never allowed to have them with her mom,same goes for respect . Shawn deserves better. Jen deserves nothing showing up at the end … very convenient.
I think Greg and Faran will end up dating . This is the first woman he respects, she has healthy boundaries and self worth and won’t be walked on.
Last season Kelly kissed Henry this season she started mess;she’s down bad. Setting something up for S3??
We all know the only reason she and Greg are together is because of Karen. She needs to step out from that shadow. To grow as people they need to let each other go.
Wes is looking shady, and he is giving me strong "BR" vibes in this last episode. Mostly due to all the things Tabby points out about him during their argument/fight. Could he be making a movie about final girls? Bloody Rose sure talks about final girls a lot. How does that tie in with Mrs Beasley or Kelly? Its such a movie (term? Trope? Thing?) no? A lot of people are pointing at them. Does not connect for me.
Also his Name. Wes... Sounds like a very famous Wes Craven. His last scream movie (scream 4) was all about making a real life horror movie in way. Also Wes did not show up for work when Noa got her Bloody Rose test. And he could be working with Tabby's new fling. Plus why did he get mad at Tabby for making her movie at the cinema? He was like you have to ask first. What is he hiding?? Clearly does not want her snooping in there.
My second new suspect is going to sound crazy, but I feel like Imogens new step mom looks so similar to Angela Waters (Who might also own a cross like that). That theory feels very out there, but I still think it could be possible. Remember the part where her body was not found in like two days or something? I also tie that theory to the poster for this season of the show, but I'm not getting into that right now. Dont want to spoil anything from it in case some have not seen it. Cant connect it to this final girls talk tho. Third suspect is Sullivan. Not because I think its her, but I want it to be. Her acting would be perfect I feel.
One last thing I cant really fit in anywhere is about Mrs Beasley. So people say Bloody rose is going after people who are "unpure" or what ever. How does that fit with what we saw about Mrs Beasley and the priest? Kelly saw them hooking up in the confessions (booth?). If that is what they were really doing ofc. Not very "pure" behaviour if so ahahaha.
I like the Wes theory but I’m not sold on Dr. Sullivan or Rebecca or Rose Waters. I have my eyes on Mrs. Beasley she has been sus since season 1. But I really think it might be Chip’s mom. Even though she kinda disappeared she’s vindictive.
@@jayekisses Its so much fun trying to guess who it is. I am very open to it being Mrs beasley :) I just really hope Kelly is not a part of it. Dont think she is. Im also suss about Chip's mom! She has a motive at least when it comes to Tabby and Imogen.
We LOVE trying to guess who it is lol We talk ourselves in and out of suspects all the time.
As for Wes being upset about them filming at the theater is is a HUGE liability if someone were to get injured. They could sue the theater.
The Rebecca characters is such a weird add this far into the season. We're over half way there and bam, some random woman. Chip's mom is our number one.
As far as Ms. Beasley and the pastor - we talked about this last week - there is a lot of hypocrisy in religions and it's a perfect example.
Yeah, I'm beginning to see the Riverdale starting to seep through. Why did Farren not just go to the hospital instead of a make shift stitching room at her friends house? If bloody rose waters is supposed to be a secret then she could still tell the hospital that she got cut by a crazy homeless woman, which is still true. Mouse was right, her life sucks. I think the Riverdale cliché where teens act overdramatic in a way for cheap drama is overused in this episode. Like Farren challenging Greg to an arm wrestling match even though her arm's ligaments are torn is her not learning from her mistake. Her pride was what got her hurt in the first place. I think it was supposed to be empowering because she's stronger than any man but I think I saw it as her not learning from her mistakes which has the opposite effect. Wes was definitely wrong for assuming the movie people only wanted Tabitha for diversity. Although he was smart not to accept the challenge to compete against Tabitha's video short. She should be proud of being a movie maker as a woman of color, but denigrating Wes like that was too much. Sure he was in the wrong but he was still in charge of her paycheck. Although he was being a bad manager by not helping run the movie theater, lost profits right there. Internet extremists cutting their faces over an urban legend is crazy but hey, half the country is willing to vote a convicted felon into office so whatever. Mouse is definitely the MVP of this episode, she has the most common sense, putting parental locks on her grandmother's devices, hiding sharp objects, and being wary of people with cuts on their foreheads. I know her grandma will play a role in all this, you can only blame dementia for so much for actions. Imogen definitely overreacted when seeing her mom's ring on her future stepmom. She still glossed over all her mom's horrible actions in her teen years though. Farren freaking out over the church stuff was a little over the top, sure they were weird but not that bad. The cult stuff in season 3 of Riverdale was way worse, at least they're learning. The movie marathon at the abandoned summer camp was a clever subversion. I though for sure bloody rose waters was going to attack one of the girls there. Instead she sent a dog after Noa. Still don't know why the girls play along with her challenges instead of just going to the cops. In the original series the girls didn't go to the cops because A had damning blackmail information on them. In this show A doesn't have any leverage at all. Oh yeah, and I hope Noa's love triangle resolves in a smart way, instead of a stupid way like all three of them forgiving each other by having a threesome. They already overdid the underaged teen sex trope in Riverdale. I don't want to see it again.
Thank you for your thoughts! I'm gonna try and reply one by one. First, as for not going to the hospital, I agree, but chalk it up to them being teenagers and (unlike the title may suggest) are not good liars. I disagree about the over reactions for cheap drama at this point, but that doesn't mean it's not wild.
I don't think Faran arm wrestling Greg was supposed to make anyone feel empowered, but herself. As viewers, we see what a stupid thing that is, but she's dealing with a lot of trauma (like the rest of them) in her own way. It's not necessarily a healthy way.
We will not agree about Tabitha ripping Wes a new asshold for being racist. He deserved every bit of that brilliant schooling. She is proud and he's a bigot. The end.
The Church stuff was 100% Cult like behavior and would freak me out. Cults are still an issue in the US (I can't speak for anywhere else) and they'r dangerous. That's what she saw and reacted to.
Underage sex is more factual than trope in my opinion. It makes people uncomfortable to see, but it's the norm.
@@SLTAngst Yeah, I'm calling it now probably starting next episode Tabitha is gonna be tested next. Imogen was always the Final Final girl, so she'll probably be saved the best for last.

I feel like noa is struggling with her sexuality so that’s why she lying but I hate the story line but it is entertaining
I think that struggle is definitely part of it
