Oh meech..so true. Those thoughts NEVER go away. They are like normal. But if you tell folks who are not depressed they think you really gonna commit suicide. Umm no. It's just my messed up head. A suicidal thought is so normal to me it's like thinking about new hairstyles.
Just watched, but this episode was great!! Thank you guys!! It makes you think about compassion, empathy, validation, and communication as a whole!! I needed this reminder!!
Just a personal observation about 1:00:18 ....it seems like those of us who notice things or can remember things from a very early age carry a heavy weight of awareness that can really take it's toll on us mentally.
8th grade was rough. Always dealt with depression but 8th grade...whew. I think it was a combo of parent's marriage breaking up, hormones, folks at church were moving away, going to high school , and friends not going to same high school. Yeah it was rough.
I love meech on mars cause me and him are similar on the thinking level cause I’m my own enemy and I’m 15 had to grow up quick my maturity level like a 25 year old man because of my past and I still have life to go on
“I love me some black women...” *stares into camera adoringly * Lol 1,000 black women just slide into your dm’s hun, you can’t be staring down the camera like that 🤣🤣

I'm glad people are speaking about it. For the survivors and the ones that's thinking about it. LIVE, we are stronger than what we think
