Other flavourings that you can add (from a French and cooking enthusiast): - orange blossom extract, very popular in Southern France/the Mediterranean countries - cinnamon - coffee extract - almond or hazelnut milk instead of regular milk - cocoa powder for a chocolatey taste and a darker crepe
I looked for a crepe recipe and yours looked the best. I like your ideas for serving it as well. I had it once about 40 years ago at a restaurant and they mixed a thick creamy whip cream with ( homemade) cranberry sauce. I’ve never forgotten how good that was. I’m trying it tonight. Ty for your easy recipe.

I trued it today. Its perfect. I used cream cheese with blueberries as a filling. Also chocolate spread like nutella. My family loved it. Thanks a lot for sharing this recipe.
Yoy i saw a kid eating crepe when i was a kid and i always wonder is it called pancake or crepe and i searched for thin pancake and still cant find it, youre my hero bro.. it always looked delicious when they eat it.
I made this recipe and it was absolutely perfect! I used almond extract instead of vanilla and it came out great. I even did one batch with no butter, almond milk, (aquafaba instead of eggs) and it came out great! They looked and tasted identical. Nothing less than amazing! I only got ten crepes out of a single batch of this recipe. I have a huge family so I tripled the recipe and it made 32 crepes using an 11" skillet. My family and friends loved them! Thanks for a super fast, easy and delicious recipe! 🙂🥰
@@CVenza Hello there, I have used both store bought and homemade. The results are the same. I tend to use it very quickly. Once made or open I never keep it more than a week. I freeze the leftovers (lasts 2 or 3 months). You'll know it's bad if it smells sour (like spoiled beans), is cloudy or has any kind of mold.
For those confused about whisking it for 15 minutes, I just left it to sit out for that time after thoroughly mixing it and they came out great, I also added an extra tablespoon of sugar cuz I have a sweet tooth
L💕💕E the video,Straight to the point and i really like how you display the measurements like 1 cup , One doesn't have to convert the measurements,I cant wait to try this 👍🏼
That looks like a great treat to make for my little sisters. They both have a sweet tooth so it will be a great incentive for them to listen to me when I tell them to do the dishes or to put their laundry away the right way.
When I lived in Japan, they had crepe stands and thats when i fell inlove with them.. They'd make them so fast. That chocolate ,cream and fruit was just scrumptious...❤..
Question, I really prefer to use whole wheat flour to cool (although I don't bake much) and wonder if you know of a way to use WH instead of white and still make things lighter and fluffy? Edit: I was just told by a nutritionist that another healthy alternative is almond flour, I'm told it tastes a little different than white flour but is much healthier and much less gluten than whole wheat.
The best recipe I've found! Very very tasty! I didn't have vanilla and substituted with honey. Don't know if it made a big difference, but it was still delicious 😋

Medium
Just asking, roughly how many cups of batter do your pour to make a crepe on a 25 centimetres frying pan.
I don't know. You can try with 3/4-1 cup and see how it goes.
@TheCookingFoodie Thanks, Thats 1& 3/4 cups of batter. 1:55
no, i meant 3/4 cup to 1 cup. i used smaller pan so used less batter.@@dilipkhednah
