I been using the XBloom for about a year and absolutely love it. I wish the pods were less expensive and easier to obtain. It would be great to walk into a Costco and purchase them. The Omni dripper works very well. Thank you for your excellent, thorough review.

I agree about pod availability, although the online shipping is pretty quick, but prices are a bit steep. I ended up preferring just buying my own bags of beans and using the re-usable cup. It's way cheaper and super quick and easy to use with a scale, some Kalita Wave 155 filters, and a negotiator I got from Etsy.

Hiiiiighly recommend spritzing your beans with a little water (or wet your hand and shake it on them, or use the handle of a spoon to wet and then stir, etc.) before pouring them in. The static build-up on this grinder is pretty high and leads to a lot more clean-up without the neutralizing water. I was shocked how much less clean up there was with the RDT (Ross Droplet Technique) that was shared in the XBloom Discord.

to expensive, to complicated for the daily use, each espresso machine and capsule system is better performing, temperature of the finished product can be critical (to cold), sorry didn´t convince me.....
