Soak urad dal at before day morning time for 3 r 4 hrs...then grind it and mix it at aftn time and keep the batter ina closed container and cover it with a cloth and store it in a warm place...next day morning it will ferment...as in winter due to cool weather the batter takes more time to ferment...so do as above

Thankyou for quick response.Generally around morning 11 I will soak rice,parboiled rice and urad dal...then evng around 7 I will grind and keep for ferment till next day morning 7.please clarify wen I need to soak urad dal.Also let me know measurements of ingredients of batter if possible. Awaiting Prthiba,for your kind response.
