mr. jinks yes. You will just have to roll with the punches. Cancel plans if you must. Don’t feel guilty for not getting much done. Don’t pressure yourself to do much. If you do you may stress yourself out and feel the need to have nicotine. Slowly and organically get back into life stuff without overdoing it. For me I had to just work and pretty much lay on my ass in between shifts for a while before I slowly started doing other things. But trust me it’s worth it
I've literally spent hours looking for a video on the effects of nicotine alone.. I'm about to celebrate my 1st year without cigarettes, after smoking for 22 years. I have been using tobacco free nicotine products this whole year and have wondered if that's why I still have high blood pressure. Thank you! Day one of zero nicotine starts now
9 days ago, I had a moment of absolute anger and frustration. I said to myself, "That's it. I am so sick of smoking, I HATE that I am addicted. I'm going to get a plan in place, and quit for good this time." I immediately cut back from more than a pack a day to 10-12, and began to mentally prepare myself for a full quit. I'm not there yet, but these videos are echoing all of my thoughts and self-examinations. Last night, I had a bad dream (like I normally do), but I became aware I was dreaming. I asked the dream character, "What do you want?" And he replied, "I'm stressing you out so you'll wake up and have a cigarette!" I said, "But you are a part of my own mind. Why do you want to destroy my efforts?" He responded, "Because I am your addiction, and you are trying to kill me." I said, "No. You are the part of me that IS addicted, and I am trying to HEAL you. Stop sabotaging me and get on board." My cravings have been much less intense today, the time between cigarettes is longer. Some deep mental blocks are breaking down. Thank you for these videos. I think I will actually succeed this time.

I started smoking at the age of 15. I'm 37 today. I don't have any health issues yet. I'm fit/ muscular and I work out. I switched from cigarettes to vaping about a year ago. The difference is unreal. Cigarette smoking did make me loose a few teeth, but other than that I'm strong and healthy. If you have been a smoker for many years I suggest you switch to vaping since ceasing smoking ain't going to work especially if you started at my age. I tried quitting, it just doesn't last... you relapse shortly after, but vaping helps me stay away from cigarettes. I honestly don't care if I die from vaping in the future. Hi Jae, thanks for your comment. When you stop vaping, you experience nicotine withdrawal. Headaches is part of the withdrawal symptom. Withdrawal is the healing and adjusting process where nicotine and toxins leave your body and it doesn't have to be a painful process! How you experience the withdrawal depends on your overall health, your mindset, and your nutrition, and it can actually be a good thing because it's a sign that your mind and body are healing. This video below explains the 6 ways you can embrace, even enjoy, the withdrawal: ruclips.net/video/aU2ih52nM88/видео.html And in this video, you will find the complete list of all the physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms, how long they last, and tips to face them. God damn. I didn't think it had effects that extensive. I've quit smoking, but I went to Zyn(pure nicotine), I will have to slowly take myself off this now too.
These pouches are the mother all of nicotine addiction, the slide effects is exactly the same as smoking minus the tobacco, used velo for few years, today I'm drawing the line, wish me luck
Even the nicotine from the patch? I have about ten days to go until I'm off the patch. I can't wait to be completely done with nicotine. I've smoked for 38 years.
I’m 20. I’ve been vaping since late 16. I fell into the fad, and haven’t stopped since. I’ve felt the negative effects of nicotine but I find it almost impossible to quit. I don’t know how. And I’m worried that it’s too late for me and my brain development.
I’m 20 and I’ve vaped since I was around 16 as well. It’s not too late for you and there’s no need to worry. What helped me stop my vaping habits was buying nicotine pouches with lower doses of nicotine, over time, the desire to vape becomes less of an urge. I understand the struggle, you can do this!

You're confusing cigarettes and vaping with pure nicotine (patches) just like they do with THC and CBD. So what about the 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes?
I tried after long time to quit. I smoked again but it was worth it even if I relapsed. I saw it its a lier. But what made me amazed is how I was starting to feel. It's not an exaggeration to say I was starting to feel like I was being renewed even with the withdrawal symptoms being kicked in. I can t believe this thing affects Mostly t our psycology and mood and mental state so much. People talk about the body health issues like blood pressure most of the time when this thing has so much negative impact to our psychological health. It's like a whole new way of life is waiting for me I can t wait for it. I can't believe this thing does this to us. It s so sneaky.

ok so here is the thing. since its lockdown and im with my family, the only time i can smoke is at night, i have tried my best not to smoke. whenver i feel like i should not smoke today, at exactly 5pm in the evening my body automatically craves about it soo damn much and it makes me helpless to buy another pack of cigg. its been 7month since in in this addiction, and i have asthma aswell, so can u pls reply me here. worried but cant help myself to quit this habit :(
Just remember in your head that the withdrawal is only temporary, and it’s a sign your getting past it. A good method is you can take a nap, or go for a walk when you get a strong craving. You really have to want to quit for good though and realize that it is slowly killing you and reducing your lifespan.
Quit caffeine first. Caffeine aids in addiction. Caffeine gets you stressed out, nicotine calms you down. Also, around 5pm take some melatonin and take a nap. If you can go 3 days without nicotine, the nicotine will be out of your system, the rest is just habit. Maybe switch your nicotine gum flavor out with another similar non-nicotine flavor gum. If you quit caffeine, first day you will be very tired. My first day without caffeine, I slept 15 hours. Use the sleep time to avoid the nicotine. I take nicotine tablets 1mg each morning with my morning ☕️. A very small amount, I find my focus is enhanced and I am less irritated. I feel there are more benefits to nicotine in its pure form than side effects. Many pharmaceutical companies are considering using nicotine in ADHD medication to improve the drug's effectiveness.

This information seems more suited to the way the nicotine is taken. Otherwise you are saying that Nicotine Replacement Therapies also have the same effect as smoking, because it is the nicotine, not the smoke? Do you have any studies available for what you are saying? Genuinely interested as I've been using nicotine gum to quit smoking and haven't been able to find a single study to suggest that nicotine in this form is detrimental to your health. Thank you :)

Very skewed research as it's based on smoking nicotine delivery and not from chewing pure tobacco, gums, or pouches delivery system. It's always prudent to research what multiple doctors across the globe is saying thus reaching a consensus informed decision.

Mam I had watched your uploaded videos about stop smoking but i have serious question about this. Why i feel strong withdrawal after 2,3days absence of smoking. And when i have one cigarette why i feel relaxation with slight diziness in my head it make me little dizzness and i like the feeling. Is this from nicotine addiction and called nicotine buzz. How can i get rid of this memory of enjoy this moment. Why and where this feeling is coming from? I desperately want to quit. Do i have to use chantix for this. I already used chantix several times but i get back to smoking again and again. I need your very true answer. Thanks.
Regarding the dizness feeling comes only after 2,3days absence of smoking. But it doesn't come before 2days absence or after 3 days absence of smoking. Is this the nicotine buzz feeling or coming from brainwashing? Or what is this feeling and why happening?

I am getting canker sores on my tongue now. Wonder if the gum is giving me that side effect.
Thinking of just chewing regular gum and see if that goes away.
I need to do a complete nicotine detox.
Nicotine replacement is useless, just quit completely.
It makes me sweat and I breath heavy and I’m dizzy and it feels good.
exercise can help you get the same physical effect

I'm 18 and I've been vaping for 5 years. I've tried to stop but I get really bad headaches and I just don't feel well.
This video below explains the 6 ways you can embrace, even enjoy, the withdrawal:

I was a vaper for 2 years and I finally started smoking! Wait... I think I did that wrong
nice info maim
Is this safe to watch?
Thank you
God damn. I didn't think it had effects that extensive. I've quit smoking, but I went to Zyn(pure nicotine), I will have to slowly take myself off this now too.
I quit vaping and went to zyn but don't really want to quit those
These pouches are the mother all of nicotine addiction, the slide effects is exactly the same as smoking minus the tobacco, used velo for few years, today I'm drawing the line, wish me luck
What would suggest an alternative for those of us that use nicotine (gums & mints) as a nootropic?
Even the nicotine from the patch? I have about ten days to go until I'm off the patch. I can't wait to be completely done with nicotine. I've smoked for 38 years.
Hi, thank you for your comment. Yes, this also applies even if you're using a nicotine patch. :)
@@josiahcaswell813 youre the second person that told me about nicotine pouches. I’ll have to get some. Unfortunately being 20 makes it hard because of my country’s pathetic laws.
@@ZenviZi if you do it correctly, waning yourself off of it actually works.
I dont vape nor smoking cigarette i just smoke weed
I used Snuff alot of nicotin daily since i was 14 and are now 60. I am healthy thought never been to hospital and almost never sick. Want to stop thought never tried before. I have lowered the amount i use but not because i am trying it seems my body don't want as much anymore.
So nicotine is not good
Love it🔥
weight loss is so much affecting my body??? answer pleaseeee so you any other account that i can talk to you in private please???

They are great 😊

Nicotine is one bad character, great explanation
You're confusing cigarettes and vaping with pure nicotine (patches) just like they do with THC and CBD. So what about the 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes?
I have another video on the chemicals in cigarettes. This video is about nicotine.
The body gets what the body wants. We know it’s all bad for you but we still do it to are self.
I have been smoking from the age of 11 and I am 45 . I quit smoking 2 months ago for 3 months. I found nicotine lozenges helped me stop smoking. Best of luck to anyone trying to stop smoking.

ok so here is the thing. since its lockdown and im with my family, the only time i can smoke is at night, i have tried my best not to smoke. whenver i feel like i should not smoke today, at exactly 5pm in the evening my body automatically craves about it soo damn much and it makes me helpless to buy another pack of cigg. its been 7month since in in this addiction, and i have asthma aswell, so can u pls reply me here. worried but cant help myself to quit this habit :(
Just remember in your head that the withdrawal is only temporary, and it’s a sign your getting past it.

What about if you quit smoking, but using Nicotine patches?
Hello! I created a video on that: ruclips.net/video/V6oNZ1hIk2o/видео.html
Just curious-- what brand of tablets do you use? I've been chewing nicotine gum but can only find it in 2mg or 4mg.
@@robertf6409 I stopped using nicotine tablets.

Studies to back this up?

Hi, thanks for your comment. In this other video, you will learn why vaping is like smoking in terms of addiction and whether or not it’s a healthier alternative: ruclips.net/video/CMKeMyh2fVw/видео.html
Ms.Panchilova ??
This information seems more suited to the way the nicotine is taken. Otherwise you are saying that Nicotine Replacement Therapies also have the same effect as smoking, because it is the nicotine, not the smoke?
Do you have any studies available for what you are saying? Genuinely interested as I've been using nicotine gum to quit smoking and haven't been able to find a single study to suggest that nicotine in this form is detrimental to your health.
Thank you :)
Hi Jayde, this information is about the substance nicotine, regardless of how it's taken. Nicotine is not harmless and Nicotine Replacement Therapy is not harmless it's just "less harmful" than tobacco. Below I copied the scientific research used to create this video (And also added it to the description of this video - thank you for asking for it)

but I curved my appetite and lost belly fat by stacking 100mg caffeine, 1mg nicotine mint.
then i noticed my teeth became weak and broke easily. I had to stop the regimen after 2mos.
I’m 18 and hopelessly addicted
I need help
Are these effects from the carcinogens of smoking or strictly from nicotine, as in the case of lozenges or gum?
Hi, thank you for your comment. The video refers to the effects of nicotine only. You can also check the research we referenced in this video's description for more information. :)
Very skewed research as it's based on smoking nicotine delivery and not from chewing pure tobacco, gums, or pouches delivery system. It's always prudent to research what multiple doctors across the globe is saying thus reaching a consensus informed decision.
I think you have a massive issue with nicotine if I spoke about someone like this it would be bullying 😔
Personifying the drug we're addicted to is part of any addiction.
I'm no doctor but the fact that my heart rate jump over the roof after nicotine, it sais all, I'm athlete and my HR goes up to 90 at rest, that is so so dangerous, the heart is working extremely hard at rest
So if a person who doesn't smore, and is injected nictotine, these are what they would experience?
Mam
I had watched your uploaded videos about stop smoking but i have serious question about this.
Is it ok to using chantix?
Congratulations on quitting smoking! Using Chantix won't remove the desire for smoking because smoking is a mental addiction: ruclips.net/video/CMKeMyh2fVw/видео.html Please watch this video concerning the withdrawal symptoms: ruclips.net/video/aU2ih52nM88/видео.html
