mr. jinks yes. You will just have to roll with the punches. Cancel plans if you must. Don’t feel guilty for not getting much done. Don’t pressure yourself to do much. If you do you may stress yourself out and feel the need to have nicotine. Slowly and organically get back into life stuff without overdoing it. For me I had to just work and pretty much lay on my ass in between shifts for a while before I slowly started doing other things. But trust me it’s worth it

9 days ago, I had a moment of absolute anger and frustration. I said to myself, "That's it. I am so sick of smoking, I HATE that I am addicted. I'm going to get a plan in place, and quit for good this time." I immediately cut back from more than a pack a day to 10-12, and began to mentally prepare myself for a full quit. I'm not there yet, but these videos are echoing all of my thoughts and self-examinations. Last night, I had a bad dream (like I normally do), but I became aware I was dreaming. I asked the dream character, "What do you want?" And he replied, "I'm stressing you out so you'll wake up and have a cigarette!" I said, "But you are a part of my own mind. Why do you want to destroy my efforts?" He responded, "Because I am your addiction, and you are trying to kill me." I said, "No. You are the part of me that IS addicted, and I am trying to HEAL you. Stop sabotaging me and get on board." My cravings have been much less intense today, the time between cigarettes is longer. Some deep mental blocks are breaking down. Thank you for these videos. I think I will actually succeed this time.

I started smoking at the age of 15. I'm 37 today. I don't have any health issues yet. I'm fit/ muscular and I work out. I switched from cigarettes to vaping about a year ago. The difference is unreal. Cigarette smoking did make me loose a few teeth, but other than that I'm strong and healthy. If you have been a smoker for many years I suggest you switch to vaping since ceasing smoking ain't going to work especially if you started at my age. I tried quitting, it just doesn't last... you relapse shortly after, but vaping helps me stay away from cigarettes.
I honestly don't care if I die from vaping in the future. I don't have kids and don't ever want any. I'm happy with my life and I don't want to reach old age. I think reaching old age such as 80 is repulsive. What is the point of it? I don't want to be a living zombie. I say this because I'm around old people a lot and I see how tragic their existence is. I'd rather live a shorter life. Unfortunately my grandma who was a heavy smoker since she was in her teens reached 92. If not doctor's she would have lived even longer, but she hated her life and wanted to die. All of her friends were already dead, she was the last to go. So my advice is... maybe think well whether you really want to prolong your life.

I tried after long time to quit. I smoked again but it was worth it even if I relapsed. I saw it its a lier. But what made me amazed is how I was starting to feel. It's not an exaggeration to say I was starting to feel like I was being renewed even with the withdrawal symptoms being kicked in. I can t believe this thing affects Mostly t our psycology and mood and mental state so much. People talk about the body health issues like blood pressure most of the time when this thing has so much negative impact to our psychological health. It's like a whole new way of life is waiting for me I can t wait for it. I can't believe this thing does this to us. It s so sneaky.

Just remember in your head that the withdrawal is only temporary, and it’s a sign your getting past it. A good method is you can take a nap, or go for a walk when you get a strong craving. You really have to want to quit for good though and realize that it is slowly killing you and reducing your lifespan.

    • @SolutionsNotPrayers

Quit caffeine first. Caffeine aids in addiction. Caffeine gets you stressed out, nicotine calms you down. Also, around 5pm take some melatonin and take a nap. If you can go 3 days without nicotine, the nicotine will be out of your system, the rest is just habit. Maybe switch your nicotine gum flavor out with another similar non-nicotine flavor gum. If you quit caffeine, first day you will be very tired. My first day without caffeine, I slept 15 hours. Use the sleep time to avoid the nicotine.

I take nicotine tablets 1mg each morning with my morning ☕️. A very small amount, I find my focus is enhanced and I am less irritated. I feel there are more benefits to nicotine in its pure form than side effects. Many pharmaceutical companies are considering using nicotine in ADHD medication to improve the drug's effectiveness.

This information seems more suited to the way the nicotine is taken. Otherwise you are saying that Nicotine Replacement Therapies also have the same effect as smoking, because it is the nicotine, not the smoke?
Do you have any studies available for what you are saying? Genuinely interested as I've been using nicotine gum to quit smoking and haven't been able to find a single study to suggest that nicotine in this form is detrimental to your health.
    Thank you :)

Hi Jayde, this information is about the substance nicotine, regardless of how it's taken. Nicotine is not harmless and Nicotine Replacement Therapy is not harmless it's just "less harmful" than tobacco. Below I copied the scientific research used to create this video (And also added it to the description of this video - thank you for asking for it)

Research on: 1) Nicotine promotes the genesis of tumours 2) Nicotine affects the Central Nervous System and alters respiration.

Very skewed research as it's based on smoking nicotine delivery and not from chewing pure tobacco, gums, or pouches delivery system. It's always prudent to research what multiple doctors across the globe is saying thus reaching a consensus informed decision.

    Mam
I had watched your uploaded videos about stop smoking but i have serious question about this.
Why i feel strong withdrawal after 2,3days absence of smoking.
And when i have one cigarette why i feel relaxation with slight diziness in my head it make me little dizzness and i like the feeling.
Is this from nicotine addiction and called nicotine buzz.
How can i get rid of this memory of enjoy this moment.
Why and where this feeling is coming from?
I desperately want to quit. Do i have to use chantix for this.
I already used chantix several times but i get back to smoking again and again.
I need your very true answer.
    Thanks.

Regarding the dizness feeling comes only after 2,3days absence of smoking. But it doesn't come before 2days absence or after 3 days absence of smoking. Is this the nicotine buzz feeling or coming from brainwashing?
Or what is this feeling and why happening?
