+Shop Task skated few years as a teen. now making a comeback after "resting" for 20 years... freeriding about an hour a day and rippin' the streets on my fr1 84. enjoying and learning a lot from your vids 👍
Serious Kensington?, I use to skate in Vancouver with some guys under the Burrard bridge and I moved to Toronto but I have no one to skate with, it would be cool to find a community there in Kensignton Market, I also need new skates, I lost mine long ago. By the way thanks for your videos are quite useful, I will pop by even though is winter to check the skates, then maybe I can remember how to skate since it has been about 4 to 6 years that I have not skated, I'm a grandpa now I'll break my hips.
Our Toronto Shop address is 1624 Queen Street East. They will be hosting Sunday night skates and Wednesday night skates this spring and summer. Y Thank you for the feedback.
amazing analysis covering joey's techniques! ur in-depth breakdown has the makings of the best non-traditional college level professor ever! luvved it great job! if u taught a class that covered the study of freestyle blade techniques id sign up! make more of these! :)
How long does it take to really develop your own style in skating? I've been skating almost two years now and still feel a bit below average in my style. Should I skate more often or longer sessions? Should I take up hockey? I'm 22, so I guess I have a lot of time to learn still, but I just feel so behind the guys who've been doing this for like eight years compared to me.
These breakdowns are great, keep it up!
Wow. Thanks for encouragement.
Good work Shaun! Awesome video keep up the good work!
Thank +C Jan

Awesome! Rediscovering a passion is such a great feeling.
Awesome style and breakdown🖤
Awesome breakdown, thanks Shaun! P.S. under "View" in QuickTime you can "Float on Top," if you want to avoid having to manage the window(s) as often.
Oh! Thats awesome. Thank you so much.
+Shop Task You're welcome!
Those analysis are really interesting, have you considered making some again ?

It takes along time. Don't worry about it too much. Just make sure you are having fun.
thank you!

The physics of these movements deserves a thesis.
Agreed. I would love to have better understanding of the forces at work when someone is skating.
I think you should play the clips you're discussing in full, first. I have no idea what's coming up next when you keep pausing every split second!
Good point. Thanks for the feedback.
+Shop Task cool, thanks for sharing insights into other skaters! Hope to see much more.
