It's in nova which is where i live and we're big on wineries and farms, so that's most likely what's on this land. It would be stupid not to have one on a property of that size in this part of Virginia. Most of the bigger property in Middleburg all have it.

Listed at 21.95M now. The price changes on this property are weird AF Starting at 23.950M on Dec 1 2014 to 16.95M on March 31st 2015 to $7.95 on Sep 17 2015 then back up to 16.95M in April 2016 and now it's at 21.95M since the end of October 2016.

That property with all 2000 acres and the house started at $23 million all the way down to $7.95 million. I was waiting for it to go down even more before making an offer. good luck selling at the price you guys want. It will not happen in that part of VA.
