Larnelle is operatic in my view. I got to perform this song on flute when I was about 31 for a camp meeting in pennsylvania. It is such a great piece. Fortunately, I was a decent player at the time----. You want to have your performance decent so as not to mess up the touching mood of a piece! I am 62 now. It has been a long time since I did any performance. But walking with the Lord and appreciating what others do has been great

This song reminded me of a song I sang long ago. I've been to Calvary. It goes like this: "I've been to Calvary. I can say I've seen the Lord. I've been to Calvary. Through the witness of His Word." I felt like I was there when Larnel sang thus song. Praise the Holy Name of Jesus!!!

No dead person is in heaven singing anything and neither is anyone in hell. They are asleep in the grave waiting for that glorious morning for Christ to come and resurrect them and only then take us to heaven. If people are already there then what's the point of 1 Thessalonians 4 vs 13-18 or 1corinthians 15 vs 52.......? . what's the point of Jesus coming again if you already in heaven when you die? The word clearly states that we wait in the grave dead until that resurrection morning. If any one needs further prove from the bible am here to study with you. God loves us all...
