I wept and prayed and read a Gideon New Testament Bible in 1972! The key is REPENTANCE! For TWO WHOLE DAYS, the Word of GOD washed my FILTHY atheistic spirit as I read Matthew, Mark, Luke and into John. Then, on CHRISTMAS EVE, I read John 16:24, where JESUS taught me to ask the FATHER in HIS name!

30th July 2024 : Jesus touched my life in a special way two months before my 16th birthday. I have loved Him ever since. Did I do everything right? No. Did I try hard? Most of the time, sometimes not. I have always known if I wasn't where I needed to be with Him, it was always my fault. If the preacher was preaching or teaching and I didn't like the feeling I had, I needed to go to the alter. The One True God doesn't make mistakes but I do! I have ALWAYS been loved by God. 35 years ago I was in a rehabilitation hospital newly paralyzed from decompression sickness. Deeply depressed and in no mood for music. Three big Hawaiians came to visit me and asked to sing this song which I had never heard before. Jesus touched me and I’ve never been the same since. I'm so thankful for the Gaithers when I needed inspiration desperately! Now life is good, but I can't wait to get to heaven, to see Jesus face to face! See you there, Bill & Gloria, & all your gang! I was listening to this song when I was on my knees, crying for my mom’s health. I was devastated because she has cancer and wasn’t doing well at all. God talked to me through this praise, and when I opened the Bible, it was Psalms 27. God confirmed that we should just wait on Him. We still need a miracle, but now we have faith and praise while we wait! My mom is a woman who follows our Lord’s words, and I ask you to pray for her health as well. Her name is Maria Juracy and she has a serious Lymphoma.

Its such a heartbreak to think of losing our mother. I used to say I coudnt even imagine losing my mother.. When God took her suddenly, I now say It's as bad as I imagined. She was a woman of God and I know I will meet her again beyond this old world. That sustains me. I hope you get to keep your mom for a long time. Hold tight to your faith. It will keep you.

I woke up this morning with my back out 2 inches. I've been a roofer for 35 years and am accustomed to pain. When I went to Sabbath school anybody who was looking could tell I was out of kilter. So after Sabbath school a man came to me and laid his hand on my shoulder and raised his hand toward heaven and said in Jesus name the back pain was cast back upon satan and I was healed not just the pain but my back is straight praise the Lord! Next Sabbath I've asked the pastor if I may sing He Touched me. I used to be able to carry a tune in a bucket! Please 🙏 that I will be able to testify in song. This day is 9/2/23. Thanks all.

I am 68 years old. I spent most of my life ignoring God. I felt I was nothing to Him and He had turned His back to me long ago. Then I found the Gaither Gospel Hour broadcasts on TV. I began to watch only because I loved the many beautiful hymns they sang. The meaning of these songs however evaded me.
But little by little I found myself actually listening to the lyrics. "I once was lost but now I'm found." "Burdens Are Lifted At Calvary." "The Old Rugged Cross."
My life was spiraling downward. The pressures of this world were about to overwhelm me. One evening I saw a Gaither broadcast that included "He Touched Me." For the first time in ages I prayed a sincere, heartfelt prayer. I told the Lord how sorry I was for all my wrongdoings, for my lack of faith, and I told Him I was laying my burdens at His feet. I told Him I needed His love and guidance in my miserable life.
I believe with all my heart He did touch me. Now I am no longer the same. Now I feel a personal relationship with God Almighty. Thank you Gaither's for providing the music that filled my soul and brought me home.

In March of 1977 I was in a church service where the pastor had an altar call. I was struggling with a decision to go down to the altar when I felt like God touched me. His love poured out upon me, and I walked down and surrendered my life to Christ. I am now 77 years old and always return to that moment whenever the struggles of life attempt to overcome me. Praise Jesus!

A "religious" girlfriend invited me to church. I knew I needed something more in my life and decided to give this Jesus thing a try. I told her I give it a six month trial. When the time came due, I was in a Sunday evening service. We were singing "He Touched Me". I prayed, "if this stuff is for real, please give me some kind of sign so I could know.
Within seconds I felt a tingling warmth in my neck which increased in intensity and spread out into my shoulders and down my back. It lasted about a minute. I was energized and excited. If there ever was a message from God, this was one.
The girl who lead me to the Lord later went her own way, but I stayed at that church and am still there, thirty eight years later. Since then I've had a handful of similar experiences, but none that changed the direction of my life in such a dramatic manner.

But I want to tell and remind you that *God loves you* since before you were born, and that love still remain the same today no matter how much you have sinned or fall back and up again, His arms are always wide open for you, my friend. God's love is abundant on you, *but please don't take it for granted.* Return to Him just as you are while you still have time ("Whoever comes to me, I will not drive away") His love for us is beyond what words can explain. Remember that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross, and all your sins have been washed away by His blood, don't let it be in vain. GOD LOVES YOU.
No matter how much you have sinned, or how many times you have failed Him, go to Him just as you are, he will cleanse you, you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart, know that you don't ever have to impress Him to receive grace, He is already knocked out about you. Return to Him today, now itself, He will say to you "Welcome home my child"

God himself knows that we are incapable of being perfect or sinless. That is why in Psalm 103:14 we see, "He knows what we are made of, He bears in mind that we are dust"
And then in verse 3 we see, "..forget not his benefits, who forgives all your sins..."
However I'm not saying that we can always sin willingly and then go back and forth to Him whenever we want to. That is not how the Bible taught us.
But His love is beyond measure and beyond what we can comprehend so sometimes we just have to believe it and receive it. As said in John 6:65 "..no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them" I pray that the Spirit of God will enable you. God bless🙏

It's kind of nostalgic for me. Way back 2012, when I was a working student, our missionary told me that he could no longer let me send to college. I was so depressed, but when I heard the songs of gaither vocal band, somehow it made me realize that everything happened for a reason, and God has and always had a better plan for me. Now, im enjoying God's favour and blessing. I have a stable job and a wonderful family. God's promises are always true.

Dad wrote a 3rd verse.. he later sent it to you and u gave him a birthday card for I believe was his 80th birthday. He is now 88. He still has a great voice. Until this covid thing I sang with him for 6 years at assisted living places. Mom plays the piano. Before i got on disability and was able to share my gift with my dad they had done it for 10 years.

Goose bumps...with my head phones on a little after midnight I figured I would wake my family. A good portion of my life was spent singing Gather music under the direction if my daddy who is singing now in heaven. I can hardly wait to join that choir. Keep me in your prayers as I am not where I know I should be in my walk with the Lord. Life gets so complicated!

This song means so much to me. I recall lying in my bed one night, between sleep and wake, all of a sudden, I felt an unusual touch in the center of my back, my whole body shook. I immediately got up and looked around, the lights were off in the room, my sister Irma who was in another bed on the opposite me, I asked her, I asked her, Irma did you touched me? She said, no I didn't touch you, you better go back to your bed. I believed her because the touch I felt I have never experienced before. I knew it was the touch of the Master's hand. At that time, I was not a Christian, but I know that the Lord had His hands upon my life from a young child. Since that moment, I asked Jesus to come into my life and He did. YES! Praise the Lord! That's why I can say with an assurance that He touched me, oh He touched me, and oh the joy that floods my soul, SOMETHING HAPPEN AND NOW I KNOW, HE TOUCHED ME AND MADE ME WHOLE. HALLELUJAH!!!
