The Captain on on the left is not the Pilot Flying but instead Pilot Monitoring. Both equally have the experience necessary to fly the aircraft. They just rotate who is flying the particular leg. Both are “pilots” one just has a higher ranking with the company than the other. Plenty of First Officers who chose not to upgrade to Captain for quality of life and other reasons. The First Officer could very much have more hours than the Captain. So get rid of the idea that the Captain in the left seat is always the pilot😑😭

Absolutely wrong! Autolands are very, very rare, done only to test the systems and in extremely bad conditions. Inform yourself before making ridiculous comments!
