Looks great but the exposed blind spot monitors seem odd to me. I understand they probably wouldn't work through the steel, just think they could have come up with some sort of textured plastic cap to cover it. Also seeing a few comments about losing the corner steps. I could get by without them except it looks as if there is almost no surface to step on top of the bumper either, aside from at the license plate. The step on the multi-pro tailgate is going to become your new best friend!
That bumper looks great! I’m toying with the idea of changing mine too. The rear looked easy enough to replace. I’m wondering about the front one, if that would be more involved. Another great instructional video. Looking forward to the next mods.
@ I’ve been watching many installation videos for the front one and some have to remove the grill and other components but some do it without removing the grill. I’m curious to see your video as we both have 2021 AT4’s. You have all the sensors that I don’t have so mine will be a bit easier.
Looks great, Don. I have a recommendation for a future video. The GMC logo on the back can be changed to illuminated LED like the one on your front grille, but would require drilling into the tailgate. Not sure that trade off is worth it, but I’m toying with the idea myself. I have a 2022 GMC Sierra refreshed body. Also, what’s the story on the antique red truck in your garage?
I can't wait to see the front one! I was just eyeing these last week and hope to add them to my 2020 AT4 soon! Will you be adding a winch? I'm back & forth on if I want to add the DV8 12,000lb winch on the order.
I've been looking at rear bumpers, and the one thing that bothers me is that if I put on rear D-rings, they will hang too low, and the exhaust tips will blow right on them. Some of the ones I see have red rubber isolators on them, and I feel the exhaust will melt them. Does the bumper that you just put on have the same condition?
My next video show some installed that hang just above the exhaust with reasonable clearance. It’s cols here so I can’t confirm the heat concerns, but I think they’ll be okay.
I store the stock parts for now. When it comes to selling the truck, it might make more sense to return it to original and sell off and/or reuse aftermarket parts.
(How to start drama in the comments incoming) Chevys are the perfect truck to mod, because Dodge isn’t worth the effort and Fords come perfect from the factory. Seriously though, this build series is epic!

It is what it is but I can tell you it is made well and fits well
@@Donslife No doubt the aesthetics are good and it looks sharp. Guess there's always some tradeoff between form and function.

Front one will be a project coming soon!

Looks great, Don. Can’t wait to see what you do with the front bumper.
Best looking AT4 in North America!
Looks very nice Don, really looking forward to the front bumper!
You and me both!
Looks Great! Only critque is you lost the steps
Good thing I have long legs
I wish these aftermarket bumpers were designed to include the side steps for stepping up into the truck
Some trade offs I suppose. I think retaining the lane departure sensors could be a factor.
ive been waiting for you to do something like this. looks awesome
Glad you like it! More to come!
Nice job, great mod.

All I can say is stay tuned! I’ll have a discount code for you too
Very detailed!! Love it!!🔥
Looks good mine I had to loosen bed and lift back up to get old one off
Thanks for dropping the comment and watching the video!
Now you just have to add some more lights in that bumper and you got everything nailed.
Oh you can believe it is on the list of to-do's
Oh, I can only imagine with you.... If I had your money............. Hahahaha
Taking it to the next level , 🤙
Always 😎
Looks great, wish they made parts for 2500HD! But great install.
I think it is a matter of time, but that is just speculation on my part
Looks great, thanks!! 🔥🔥
I’d get rid of the exhaust tips. Just my opinion.
Like the bumber but also like the cut away steps on the factory bumper. I wonder if they would have a mod which you can have that step!
Perhaps a step plate can be added on. It seems possible
It looks rugged but eliminated the side steps which I use all the time.
Yeah, no steps
Let’s go!
Looks little small..but those side steps i like
Looks 👀 can be deceiving
Curious if you are getting false alerts from the park assist sensors with the new bumper
Parking sensors have been working perfectly, no false alerts. They were a very snug fit and required the bezels to be shaved a tiny bit.
Does the inner tailgate with when lowered?
The inner tailgate works as before. No issues. Clears fine
What would be the price with delivery ?
Sudbury , Ontario
I’m sure you can try and get a quote. For me, it made more fiscal sense to drive to the nearest US city and pick it up
Did you change out the Putco light bar
Nope, I adjusted the bumper downward as far as I could and 2/3 is still visible, so it works
@Donslife cool

@@Donslife Can't wait until the next video. You are my new source for any mod I do to my AT4, I know it will be 100% accurate.
What do you do with all these extra parts? Asking because I’m headed down this same road
