Medical Doctor and a Farmer. You were born to improve lives. I've learned a lot from your channel. thank you
I keep on watching Dr. Daniel. I had no interest in growing chickens, but this guy is so infectious in his excitement and he is such a good instructor, I just keep watching and learning. I am happy for him in his endeavors. I was excited for the chickens to see how they reacted to the fodder. They were like kids in a candy store!
What a wonderful guy you are. You are so positive and passionate. Wouldn’t the world be such a nicer place with more people like you. God Bless You.
Lovely brother i feel excited. What tipe of chickens are those
Jon Daniel, those who will bot be happy are the controllers of New World Food Order like Monsanto who produce genetically modified food(GMF) because this method will surplant their activities and reduce their profits. But good that he has already sent the message across the globe/planet earth.
I have fodder machine if u need
Indeed it was gona be a beautiful world with such people on earth alone
Your excitement is infectious. Hello again Dr Daniel. Happy to be here.

Thank you and love from Ireland!
Great! As seeds sprout their protein levels go up due to the enzymatic procedures. That's why feeding brewers' grains (brewery spent grains) also is a great idea!
More smiling positive people like you in my life please. Blessings to you and your family from Pensacola ❤️
Well done on your latest success, here's to more in the future 👍🏽🙏🏽

Hie Doc, I have been following your videos for a while now, thanks for the guidance and a pierce of passion. Keep up the good work
About the garden: be sure to only put old chicken manure, not hot or fresh since it'll burn any plants. Also be sure to put mulch or a cover crop on that large plot, the dirt loses nutrients if uncovered from the sun, a simple layer of mulch will protect it well.
What grain and seed you do feed them you really should ferment for 3 days and set up a rotation of it. It will save you 25-35% in grain since it will fill them better as well as the nutrients being more bioavailable for them. It works wonders!
Yup learned that the hard way
Thank you
Sir, can you please elaborate more on the fermenting process and the whole procedure plus the effect on a more detailed answer? Should I ferment my seeds in a bucket of water for three days and then give it to my chickens? How much fermented seeds can you give a chicken before they start to get sick? Does it have any bad side-effect?
I love this man!!!... So happy 😊
Wonderful..you are add to the earth/ world so to speak. You are humble and and very inspiring. God has given you many wonderful gifts Doc👍👊👊👊

I love your videos, I will never give up. Thanks for the encouraging video, Funmi from Nigeria.
You are doing a great job of educating beginners like me. I'm from Cameroon, a beginner in poultry farming. PLEASE I have a question.: Warming is done for how many weeks in a hot area - Douala where I'm based?
4 weeks should be good enough
Hello Funmi, are you in the south west? Mind connecting?
Fantastic!!!!! You are sending everyone great energy and real information and experience.
We have a small hobby farm with no chickens yet - maybe you'll convince us to grow some egg layers.
Warmest regards
Jennie
Oh beautiful. Please grow the layers. Awesome
He is so happy!! He makes me smile!!!
You really bring a joy and full of information. Thank you.
Hello from France! Love your energy 😊 I’m also working to go from engineer to permaculture farmer, I hope I can add the chickens to the market garden in a few years 🙂
Awesome. Please go on.
Have you started farming?
@@FarmUp Doctor Daniel good evening, can I use maize to grow chicken feed instead of barley, as in sprout maize?
U r very funny and good ... the way u showed ur excitement is so cute ... :)

For future, you might look at no till permaculture gardening methods. The goal of these is to improve your soil each season, so you never have to 'rest' your soil. A big help on small farms.
Don't know much about permaculture gardening mtds, going to try it out. Thanks a lot
this farmer make my day wonderful and bright everyday...
My partner is teaching me about farming and showed me this video, and omg I'm 33 but I wanna be like you when I grow up. Your energy is so pure and passionate and I can't wait to watch more!! 🥰🥰🥰🫂🫂🫂🌈🌈🌈
A suggestion, Get them tested, to confirm how your washing helps(pesticide residues) as you use it as feed because they are treated seeds.
Try house flies larvae,
I use azola for my chickens and tilapia fish.. Great job my friend.. Ilove your channel
Thank you
feed your chickens Tilapia? can u explain?
You just radiate passion for farming, you inspire me 😊
I am proud of you, your program is fantastic, congratulations for such a good job.
You inspired me. My brother.
That grass is beautiful!
Not Grass but maize seed
I love your personality. Such fun.
You'll an inspiration, thankyou for doing what you do
All the way in Jamaica 🇯🇲 keep the same momentum
Excellent project. Have you tried fermenting commercial feeds or organic grains. I have read that this reduces your feed by one third. I am trying it out on my chickens. I have noticed that the chickens eat less and are full for longer. I love your videos. I am also going to try the barley fodder and will look for the BSF. Thank you for the tips. God Bless you!
Yes it is a great way to make the nutrients more bioavailable as well. Great way to do it.
I definitely smashed that like button! Thank you so much for making videos with such great energy! I definitely look forward to seeing other videos from you!
Good job brother ur very hard working may God continue blessing you as you help other farmers
There are a lot of forage that are high in protein that u can plant, im happy you were able to make your fodder and know about azolla and duckweed.
Supplements them too with snail shell and crickets aside from bsf. These insects and snails are profitable too.
Goodluck.
Loved your video thank you, inspired now to make my own fodder too. Know chi Dickens love lucerne so will try that as lm not sure where to get your duck ???.
But just to add to feeding chickens grain free......try & pour all your manure ie you mentioned pigs, but all manure , cow, rabbit, chicken , horse etc in one big section to mound up somewhere then after a few weeks set the chickens loose on it & watch them go crazy eating their bus & slugs etc. High protein at no cost. 😄

How is the software engineering so far? I'm in my last semester seeking to start my career from the entrance level... any advice?
Hello - I just discovered your channel and immediately subscribed. I have one question: How do you know or are going to know how to portion this different and more various kind of food for the chickens so that each of them always gets the right amount of nutrition? Thank you and keep up the great work!
You do weight calculations
Love ur enthusiasm! And info is great.
Ty frm Canada!!
Greentings from Venezuela. Congratulations!! You are a very entusiastic host. Good luck in your projects
Hi, Dr Daniel
Just a quick question. Would you advise one to use fodder on day-old chicks? Or should one continue with the commercial feed when the chicks are still small?
Hey Doctor, please keep us informed if using the fodder affect the eggs 🥚 production. We know this will reduce the cost of feeding. Thank you
Doc...This is great...I will start barley fodder for my layers..
You are so smart and your enthusiasm is contagious! My daughter and I live in the south east US and are purchasing a couple of acres of land next month. We will be market gardeners. I am so glad to have found your channel. Keep up the good work.👍🏾
👍
I am so glad I found your channel! I am raising a few back yard chickens for the first time this year and am having a blast! I also love to grow fodder for my birds. I started off with just wheat grass but now I have red clover, barley (which for some reason doesn't seem to do too well for me), alfalfa, and some others. It's fun watching them go crazy over it.
So do you plant grass for the chickens to eat, and what kind and how?
Wow...... you are doing an amazing job Doctor. It feels nice to be here .

@@tirsocruze5816 never got response. In fact, if you are in Africa, probably best available seed is maize (corn). Search the net and RUclips for hydroponic fodder, you will find lot of explanation (English and Spanish) with some differences in method
