Marina and her team are top notch. Professional and well organized. They took very good care of helping us immigrate from Panamá as US Citizens. Looking forward to her helping us with renewal of our NLV.

Thanks for this update! From what I understand, if one applies in Spain (after tourist visa expires), the minimum income requirement is 2200 euros even during renewal, but if coming from the Philippines, it needs to be 2650 euros upon renewal?
Hi, no it’s the other way around. Manila requires only 2200 euros but if you apply in Spain and during your 1st renewal the requirement (for now) is 2650.
Is that gross or net income? I have a contract with a Philippine company but I work remotely with them for years. Can the proof of finance be in a form of savings instead of meeting the monthly income requirement?
Hello - I came across this video last month and I've been trying to find remote work to accomplish the salary quota. I've been working remotely for at least 5 years now. Would you know any leads in terms of comapnies that allow DNV working from Spain?
Do you apply for the TIE or do you have it right away once you enter Spain. As I understand the TIE is the basis for the renewal but not the expiry date of your DNV. What are the difference of the requirement in renewing the DNV in SPAIN vs the one you undergo in PH(aside from the higher income requirement in SPAIN)? Also can you talk about the tax and govt fees we need to pay, i want to know how much in % I will contribute?
The TIE is the residency card, you will need to go to the Police station to get fingerprinted and then pick up the card after a few weeks. Please contact Marina for the rest of your questions, she’s the expert! Don’t forget to use our link! Bureaucracy.es/everythingisboffo ☺️
Hello pag mag a apply po ba sa Spanish embassy sa Manila, kailangan pa po bang ipang apostille , legalize at ipa translate sa Spanish ang mga requirements?
Yes you have to follow the instructions on their website, and there's documents that will need apostille and translations. Not all of them so please read the instructions carefully.
I think I meet all the criteria and can submit all the requirements needed, I am an executive assistant for my company's CEO which is US-based. My only issue is I do not have a diploma since I am a college undergrad/ decided to drop out of Uni. Is having no diploma a deal breaker?

What is fee for application at consulate? I have heard it significantly higher than applying in spain.
It will depend on your passport, for example US citizens pay around $156 and we paid $86 even if we applied in Los Angeles.
