Beyond politics, it's great country! Great people! Great Rotarians!
This is our experience of 10 Days visiting BELARUS in November 2022!
Yes! We were forbitten to go there! Yes, things happen there that didn't get to the video!

RCF (Reunite Cultures Fund) is 501(C)3 nonprofit organization. Established in 2003 by Rotarians of Lakewood-Rocky River Rotary Club, OH as Rotary Childrens Fund and currently managed by members of Downtown Fuquay-Varina Rotary Club, NC as RCF.
The main program of the Organization is to run and manage RCF Cultural Youth Exchange Program “Golden Gates” and RCFS International Friendship Exchange program for Rotarians and friends.
Since 2003 over 50 groups from Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Croatia, Morocco, Armenia, etc. had an opportunity to travel abroad, come to America and learn about USA, introduce their culture to American People.
By performing these activities RCF raised funds and helps children in need worldwide.

Very, very safe! Only homeless people we saw, around 20 people at the bus station in the capital MINSK.
It is extremely clean. Not because cleaning service or punishment for littering, but culture. People very polite and civilized.

We are waiting when we can visit Ukraine and have similar friendship Exchange trips again!
It was a chanllange to start Friendship Exchange from USA to Belarus! "AVOID ALL TRAVEL", "Do not travel to Belarus", "U.S. citizens in Belarus should depart immediately"... etc. Up to strong recomendations "Dont do it!" from U.S. Authorities - RCF feels that as members of Rotary International and representing RCF we are not political organiations. We want to support Rotarians in Belarus, have public diplomacy channel open from people to people and participated in the projects that impove lives of people.
During our trip, 10 days, driving around country, we didn’t see any army. Not Belarus and no Russian.
