      Thanks. I'm trying to balance the detail so there is enough for reference should anyone else want to do the build and not boring the crap out of everyone. There are many, many hours of footage.

    I like how you overcome the problems fitting and connecting the engine. have you thought about a water cooled intercooler like from Bar-tec.
    from their web site:
    There are situations in which a charge air cooler, which is cooled by the airstream, just can not be installed. Very often eg. in rear engines. Likewise, in certain applications, a particularly short air flow is advantageous, where the airway through the front of the vehicle is simply too long. For these cases we offer you water-cooled intercoolers. The coolers will be installed in a water circuit with a small water cooler, which then sits in the wind and cools the water, which flows through the fins of the charge air cooler and then in turn cools the charge air.
    Water cooling reduces the charge air by more than 30 ° C than conventional intercoolers. Which brings an additional power of 10% at the same charge pressure. The response is more aggressive as the charge air paths are short
