I would suggest everyone to think twice about the incentives of moving to Portugal. Portugal is a country with outstanding weather and food. No doubt. But the Government and its public institutions are rotten to the core with corruption and tax laws and incentives are very unstable, so what you get today can be taken away from you later in a blink of an eye. To top it all off, if you are affluent, expect to pay A LOT of taxes and be hated by the Portuguese society in general. For those people, you got rich either by stealing someone, by having shady connections, or you just got lucky and so you must give back to society everything you earn with your sweat and toil. Beware.
Free money always sounds great! Some of this could be possible for a very limited amount of people and also come at a hefty price that is COMPLETELY not even worth hearing. Such as "beers are $.18 in Haiti currently!"
