Just back from this hotel and it is really nice. Jolly Beach is quiet as the big hotel along the beach is closed. Room good and beaches are great , plenty of room. There are other restauarants in Jolly Beach of you fancy a change and the sea is amazing turquoise when the sun is out. Jolly Harbour is an 8 minute walk along the beach

My concern is the lack of privacy, limited beach, all inclusive eating the same food every day and being isolated from everything and stuck at the resort. What are your thoughts? We were also looking at Galley Bay, which I have the same concerns of. Is the entire suite air conditioned? Not to me tion all those damn stairs especially when it rains.

Hey there ; You’ll really have to check it out for yourself!! It’s meant to have A honey -moon like vibe 🔥🔥🔥; very private Quaters & exclusive privacy for couples ; but I can assure the food isn’t the same everyday. Their menus changed daily & for Dinners ; the Chef prepares your dinner Restaurant style ; No buffets like they do @ other Resorts. They have entertainment @ dinner time & it’s very lovely . You can hop in A Taxi & head out to English Habor or explore St. John . It’s a small island & you can see quite a bit in 2 - 4 days if you choose to leave your Resort !!! We last visited in 2018 & absolutely loved it 😍. We got married in Antigua 6 years ago & stayed @ Cocos Post wedding 💒!!! As long as you wear comfy shoes ; the stairs are not A challenge to Navigate .

The pictures on the booking sites show the water colour to be saturated turquoise. However, this shows a lot more greener shade. Is it because it was cloudy during the drone shots? Or is it based on time of the year

The drone footage was shot early in the morning. During the day the color of the sea is more blue 🙂

How is it for swimming there and how bad are the mosquitos being as those rooms appear to be open partially?

Swimming in the sea is great. As for mosquitoes, there are nets in the room. We didn't see it as a big problem.

Do you know off hand, is the water not as clear as say at Turks? Also, how is that hill for walking back to the room if you arent an athlete :)@@aroundtheworld21

@@markm75 I don't know how clean the water is on Turks, but we found the water very clean. It's really uphill from the beach to the room, but I think it's doable :-)
