Great video, we are looking at Cocos for next winter. The open showers worry me, were there bugs, mosquitos, geckos in there with you? Also, did they have a golf cart available to take you to the room and the beach, the steep hills might be difficult for me.
Thank you!! There were a few bugs here and there but nothing crazy in the shower! I would 100% go back but bring lots of bug spray!!! Mosquitos ate me alive at dinner 😂 they had golf carts on the property but we didn’t use any! I would only advise going to this resort if you are able to walk without issues. I’m sure if you call the front desk they would be able to let you know 🤗
@@glambynicoleann Thanks so much for the information. I know it's hilly but we would stay on a lower level. I'm ok with inclines just not great with stairs unless they have hand rails, then it's all good. I really want to be on that beach, lol. We've been to Pineapple Beach Club and Sandals in Antigua but wanted to try something new. I'll see if I can find out from the resort if they use golf carts to shuttle people around.

What currency did they accept?
The water colour seems to have a more of a greener shade as compared to a saturated turquoise as shown on booking sites. Is this because of different seasons? Do you know?

Seems noone is in the water swimming, how is it for wading/swimming? And how was the hike up the hill back to the room?
It’s not a super busy resort, so the water was usually empty and it is perfect for swimming, snorkelling, etc!! The walk up honestly wasn’t bad at all, just a bit steep!
Thank you for the reply, i also have to ask as i saw a few bad reviews (out of many positive), a few mentioned blood /dirty sheets and mosquito netting as well as flies and bugs on or near the food when eating, did you encounter any of that sort of thing when you were there@@glambynicoleann
Our sheets were super clean!! I did get eating alive by the mosquitos though, however, that’s VERY typical for me 😂 they love my blood & no one else got bitten like I did! There is mosquito netting on every bed & I was extremely grateful for that! And I didn’t notice any bugs on our food - the food was outstanding 🤗
How was the WiFi in your room? Looking to book for WFH holiday
The wifi was decently good!! I was able to study in the room :)
