Looks great. Bought myself a 41mm version too and sits nicely. What I did is I put mine on a nato strap it started to look more proportional on my 6.5 inch wrist. But I agree, I would personally prefer a 39 too.
Thanks for the video. I like the 41 on leather. The short power reserve doesn't matter to me on a watch with no date. It's essentially a 12 hour watch. If it sits and gees dead I can have it running and set to the correct time again in a few seconds.
I agree. The watch with no date coplication could have less power reserve. It is easy to set up. The only thing is you have to unscrew and screw down the crown.
Excellent and helpful video! As for a better size, I own and would recommend the Longines Conquest 39mm in Black. Excellent movement, gorgeous dial, 72hr PR (or close), 200 WR, 11mm. I really enjoy that, but also looking at this 41 for my first Tudor.
Thanks for your feedback. The Longines Conquest is a very nice watch for the price. I personally don't like the design of the Conquest but the watch is great, very reliable and easy to buy. As for this Tudor BB41 I would recommend to try it first. Some Tudor models could be tricky on wrists.
была у меня такая же версия - черная 41мм. Запястье у меня тоже 17 см, но я даже не задумывался о версии 36мм. 41 мм полностью устраивал, пока не надоели )
Your content is first class. Keep up the great work. I just got the Air King from my AD and queried the white gold. They told me all the places where it was on the dial. Suggest re your query contacting them.
I have this watch, and it's perfect on my 7.5" (19cm) wrist. I can see where someone with a 17cm wrist would prefer a 39mm. I personally don't want anything smaller than 40mm.
The BB41 (or BB36) isn’t really my kind of design, but that’s of course very subjective. Tudor’s latest models (Pelagos 39, BB58, Ranger) are all 39mm, which is the sweetspot for me. I also have a 17cm wrist and recently got the Ranger. Perfect size for me, fits like s dream, comes with micro-adjustment and inhouse-movement w/ 70 hrs. So it may tick quite a few boxes for you, if you’re ever looking for a replacement.
i have the steel and gold with the T600 and its a great daily wear on the jubilee bracelet and 1 mm thinner . i owned the 41 all steel and found it too industrial but the steel and gold wears like a 39. if they released the 41 all steel on a jubilee, it would be a great watch and set it apart from the rolex explorer. Also, both watches on the t600 are top grade eta, regulated and run about 1s fast per day. theyre much cheaper to buy, service and all watches with t600 are thinner rather than the in house ones and in my opinion, a much better buy so get one while you can. i think they will re-release this this year on a jubilee at 39 mm but with inhouse so expect a 1k price increase
I have 18 cm wrist and I have been looking at this with silver dial for a long time . But lug to lug 50mm might be to big for my liking. I might go with Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 39 silver dial instead only because of lug to lug. I have been itching for a silver dial really bad !
The same model with the silver dial would look slightly bigger on a wrist. Light dial models usually look bigger. That Tag Heuer Carrera is a very solid choice. Could be a great everyday watch.
And here we are one year later all your prayers have come been answered. They upgraded this version in 36, 39 and 41mm with a inhouse movement. Sold the same watch you have a couple of years ago because of the low power reserve. Just recently bought the upgraded version with the antracite dial.

Where does one get the official leather tudor straps with clasp? I only find camouflage Tudor straps for this watch....?
Thanks! You've helped me make my decision on the BB. Also, what is that jacket at 2:10!? Sharp!
Thank you. Glad it was helpful. It is the field jacket from Spier & Mackay.
I wish they'd make a 38mm with square hour markers, as it would suit the snowflake hands more. Also adding the date would make it the dream blackbay.
That would be an interesting model for sure.
Nah, this has rectangles, triangles, circles and the square of the snowflake. The variety adds to it.

Another great video my man!
Thanks 🙏🏻
Dial clutter and size is a big thing. I think the 36 is a good size in you too. Both look great.

Same as you.. I end up choosing the 41mm instead of 36mm.The 36mm feel to small on my 17cm wrist.
Beautiful work and great review, thanks
Thanks, Randall. Appreciate the feedback.

Thanks a lot. Really appreciate it. That's a good idea. I will check with my AD.

I tried Ranger a few times. It is a great watch but I would prefer it in a smaller case.
Just purchased my black bay 41 blue ,main reason I got tried of purchasing divers watch , wanted something to be worn on a daily bases
Congratulations. That's a great watch.

Hey there. I was just wondering which brand that strap is from on the thumbnail? Thanks!
The strap is from SMC Strap Mill Canada.

I would choose the 41mm but i wish they can release a new version with the new movement with 72hrs power reserve.
O yeah. That would be great. But I would like to see this updated model in 38-39mm case.

Dope vid, first*
I want that hat
Dope. I’d, first 😬
🙌
Mistake
Why?
@@OneManReviews BB36 is better proportioned . I tried the 41mm it's a chunky piece of metal on the wrist .didn't feel ✅️
To say it’s chunky is very subjective. As someone who’s 6’1 and weighs 100kg, 36mm would look like a toy on me, but 41mm looks perfect.
