      Hey no problem! Great to hear it was useful. Good question and it really depends on your budget. When we first started, maximizing profits was essential so we went the free route on everything, but looking back we would have scaled further faster if we simply paid for tools and information when needed. Time is everything and if you can spend 5 hours building a list vs 5 seconds, the 5 seconds is a no brainer.

      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад +2

      Hey David, great to hear the vid was helpful. Really pumps us up to keep shooting more content for you! That budget is low, but that being said, in our first year of working with clients, I even took on a client that had 300 dollars a month in ad spend and we actually doubled their growth in 9 months. Now we let them know, this is a low budget and is going to take some time to see results, but since they had just a niche demographic in a few block radius, that low budget actually worked. Now a company that is trying to target customers nationally, that budget wouldn't make any impact. Be flexible when you first start with clients, but make sure to be real with them and set realistic expectations if their budget is low. Great question!

    Amazing video bro but I have a question
    what should I do if my accounts are banned from sending messages

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад

      Hey thanks for supporting the channel. First step here is to stop sending messages. Ideally you're just temporarily banned (you haven't mentioned what platform but im assuming facebook or instagram), this way after a holding period you can begin sending messages again. Next is to make sure you're sending the DM's through your phone and not a desktop computer. I've found the spam algorithms are much more aggressive on desktop vs mobile. Last resort is to make a new profile.

  • @stevenmartinjr6872
    @stevenmartinjr6872 Год назад +1

    This is great! I've tried LinkedIn, with a basic profile. I don't seem to have access to the ability to connect with anyone. D7Leadfinder blurs all the important data out. How do I get around these?

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад +1

      Start building up connections. Start with people you know, you’ll be able to connect with more and more leads. Also, look for people on LinkedIn with “open” profiles, that will allow you to connect with them. Lastly you can join groups on LinkedIn where your prospects will be in as well and then you can freely connect with them. I thought d7 at least gave you some free searches but it looks like they took away the freemium offer. They have pretty inexpensive plans around 20 bucks which is nothing if you think about how long it would take you to generate a list of 1000’s of leads manually.

    I have a question. So I'm thinking about running google ads for gyms and I watched your video on smma strategies
    for gyms, but I don't really understand how the funnel works. Like is that a website that my ads lead to that I created or can I use the gym's already existing website?

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад +1

      Hey Marko, great question - so the quick answer is...you could do this both ways but let me explain. Ideally you build the actual funnel, that way you have more creative control and can optimize it faster without needing to go back and fourth with the client. Additionally you can charge more since you're essentially building a mini website, though this is something that all of our students at The SMMA Blueprint get one click install funnels for the fitness niche along with many others. These one click funnel installs are for gohighlevel and clickfunnels. You can also point the traffic directly to their existing website, but most of the time their website is more informational and not really designed to convert a lead from a hyper targeted campaign.
      I've tried both of these options and I would recommend building the funnel yourself. The conversions are better and you will be able to charge more per month. Great question!

    What would you recommend for beauty salons? and do you think its oversaturated?

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад

      I think this could be a good niche. Since most of the market, at least what I see from RUclips analytics is mostly males searching for this topic, it’s very possible this niche is under services. My very first case study client was a hair salon. My mother was a hair stylist for 20 years so I had a decent understanding of the niche and it was an easy business to approach. I would certainly give this niche a try, but as we recommend most new business owners, to start with two and progress from there. Too often we see new agency owners be paralyzed by indecision, or box themselves in by only picking one niche and never exploring any others.

    do I send emails and dms on the page's account or do I try to find the decision maker if I should outreach to the decision maker how do I find them, normally the finder or the owner of the gym will not be the one who is managing the gym and making decisions?

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад

      Reach out to the decision maker always. The generic page wont get you any results. Depends on the size of the company, if it's a small independent gym, the owner will be the decision maker. If it's a larger chain, they still will have the ultimate signoff, but you will need to influence the managers of the facility to be your champion on the deal.

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад +2

      If you're getting that response, It's best to ask them when the best time to reach them would be. If you're unable to get that information, look them up on social, or linkedin and try and get through to them through multiple touch points. Really with the pick two method we teach in the SMMA Blueprint, is to get people leveraging multiple mediums to reach prospects vs one singular strategy. The first paying client I ever landed at 2500 a month, it took 3 different mediums. Calling the front desk (not getting through to the owner), sending a linkedin message, (not getting a response there), and following up via email which the owner did respond to, but they specifically noted that they responded because the heard from the front desk, saw the linkedin message, and the email address.

      There's many lead source websites like d7 or appollo where you can pull down lists of company contacts to load into your email marketing campaign. I'd usually start with the hand to hand messaging like described in this video, optimize your message, then start blasting out more volume at scale with email. Otherwise you could burn a lot of contacts before you have a winning message.

  • @ottoberzins8598
    @ottoberzins8598 Год назад +1

    Hey! I thought the video was nice, but I kind of don't agree with that you have to switch niches when going into a road block, I think this leads ultimately to niche jumping and being all over the place, but I guess it depends what the road block is, and I could see that someone could get great success from just switching and finding the right niche. I'm not and expert, far from that, I would love to hear more of your opinion on this.

    • @2GuysBuildaBiz
      @2GuysBuildaBiz  Год назад +1

      Great question, thanks for commenting and supporting the channel. Really means a lot to me!! I can only give advice from what worked for ourselves. I see far too many students come into our program who have been trying a niche for 6 months when they have no experience or background in the space, hitting road block after road block…if they were willing to pivot or try another niche they could start getting experience and making money much faster. When we first started, we didn’t know what niche we should go after. From the comments we get on this channel, it seems like that’s how many feel. Rather than trying to think of the perfect niche or limit yourself to one niche before you really know if it’s right for you, our general advice is to explore and try multiple niches until you land at the right fit. Now, I just talked to someone this week who has experience in tech and VC firms…my advice to him was to 100% focus in that space. Leverage your background always, but in absence of that it’s good to explore. The right business advice is to pick one niche, become and expert in that field, and scale your business, which is absolutely correct, but this is a very challenging ask for a total beginner (as it was for me when first starting out). If someone knows in their heart of hearts that they want to pursue one particular niche, I completely agree with you.. put the blinders on, perceiver, and continue to optimize. I agree with you for sure, but from a total beginners perspective, I have to alter my advice to fit the general beginner.

      Hey Haris, great question thanks for commenting - I wouldn't say that the niche is oversaturated, but more so that the home renovation market has had some challenges over the past year, due to home owners saving cash & interest rates rising. I think other markets in that same space may do better during this time like, roofing companies since many times the roofing costs can be covered by insurance if you're targeting places where hail/storm damage is frequent (colorado, minnesota, midwestern states).
