Draculino is my favorite instructor. I really like the way he teaches and explains things. Excellent teacher, his DVD "Attack, Defend and Counter" is excellent! Draculino, Saulo and Demian Maia are the best instructors I have seen.
Nice detail. I'm at the point (blue belt) where I can get into all the basic subs but don't finish them due to missing the finer points of finishing like these. Thanks!
A) It's probably only going to be a problem if they tap to the wrist lock. B) Half the tournaments I've done as a white belt said no wrist locks, half of them were cool with it. Not 100% sure what IBJJF rules about wrist locks are but I'd look at it on a tournament to tournament basis.
Beautiful, clear and concise. Doesn't get much better. Thanks Professor!!

With the little wrist lock to break the grip. would this be illegal at white belt?
Yes. Yes it would.

Find another way to get the arm dq risk is too damn high
or do tournaments that aren't so picky.
You.Are.Awesome

Is the person underneath able to bite the back of the leg? And if so, what can be done to escape that risk?
Their head will be turned away due to the pressure of the leg so they really won't be able to bite.
GamesAndGains thanks for letting me know... I really appreciate it. 👍🏻
@@damianpugh3281 no worries dude
4:17 Does it matter whether your right foot is over the left or vice versa?
like he said: I can control the should a bit better. I think that is the main reason
Can I use this method in mixed martial arts, or am I exposed too much for his punches?
