    Good job. Was nice to see your progress. Do you think about the double arm swing to balance your body position without rotating forward to delay your phases. Think about it.

    • @itsarchibal
      @itsarchibal  3 года назад

      Yes I was thinking about it for a long time. But seems like there are some underlying principals I have to master first before I could execute the double arm swing. One of them is initiating every motion from the core-muscles area. I'm working on it !

    Very motivating journey. My goal is 18 feet long jump but I can only jump 13-14 feet . Can you please tell me how to improve my long jump?

  • @mrpew8133
    @mrpew8133 2 месяца назад

    what track drills/plyos do you think definitely gave you the most improvement

    • @itsarchibal
      @itsarchibal  9 дней назад

      @@mrpew8133 all the ones you see in the video gave me a good base. One drill that helped me a lot, especially before competing season started, is to do consecutive take offs at high speed. You do it on the track: accelerate 5 steps, take off and pause in the air, land smoothly on weak leg to keep running, accelerate again 5 steps and take off, and so on x4. Try to go really fast. It teaches you to feel comfortable taking off at high speed. Super important

    תותח!! יש לי שאלה תיאורטית: היית מסכים לשבור את שיא העולם, אבל לשבור את עצם הזנב בנחיתה? אשמח אם תענה

    • @itsarchibal
      @itsarchibal  4 года назад

      עצם הזנב אומר שאהיה משותק לכל החיים. לא נראלי זה יהיה שווה את זה. בעיניי יש עוד דברים חשובים בחיים שארצה לעשות. מה אתה היית בוחר?

    • @yair3210
      @yair3210 4 года назад +1

    • @itsarchibal
      @itsarchibal  4 года назад

      @@yair3210 טוב האמת אני לא בדיוק יודע מה המשמעות של שבירת עצם הזנב. אבל לפי מה שהבנתי יש סיכון לשיתוק ברגליים, תלוי בעוצמה. אם אתה מציע לי קרע בהמסטירנג אני לוקח בכיף 😂
