But lets say I also have another file which I just only have SOME of those item's name in it, not all of them. Another issue is my system date is DDMMYYYY format but while pulling data from text, I saw the format changed to MMDDYYYY. How to resolve it sir?

when i cllick on data it shows from access, from web, from text, from other sources but does not show from file or from excel..
sir then its better convert your sheet in tabular form and then pull it back to power query
