Canceled my order a month ago, which is rare for me to cancel an iron man figure. I just don’t feel it’s enough bang for the buck. I will wait until someone sells it for less in some future. As far as die cast goes, it’s just a label gimmick to hike the price for all of them.

As cool as iron man is, I wish Hot Toys would show some love to the Predators line, I know they announced the feral predator possibly coming but as cool as he is, it will never hold up to the classic designs.

They exagerated proportions in Avengers 1. In Ironman 1+2 favreau wanted the suit to Look Like q Person can actually fit INSIDE of IT. With the Mark 7 they started to make more Superhero proportions for the suits. Long legs small waists broad shoulders. I prefer Mark 3 and 4

I'm pretty sure why Hot Toys do not include USB cables is because.... USB Type-C®” and “USB-C®” are registered trademarks of USB Implementers Forum....
which means Hot Toys are going cheap by not paying for the license to produce the cable to include with the figure.
I'm sure that is what is also going on with the USB power converters as well..... big iron man fan, this "figure" is not for me :P
Not sure that’s a thing, they actually gave us cables back with the first few USB figures but then stopped

I actually don't like this figure, it's just not accurate enough in how it separates in the film for it to be worth the price, it would result in smaller separations but since that's the whole gimmick of the pieces, I just feel like it could have been better...

When will they make a tony stark figure that can suit up to iron man. I mean i get then the human proportions have to be sacrificed to account for ironman proportions and armor thickness, but come on, i want a MK 42 that can recreate the suit up scene in IM3

Of course!
This does look super cool, love those extra details in the interior of the suit. I only have two plastic versions of MK 7, the regular suit and the stealth. I also have that Tony Stark test set which I truly love. All of the other suits (aside from the MK 85) are posed around that set. Funny, it looks like there’s more diecast in “Holographic “Iron Man version than in this version.

I get my figures direct from HK because that’s where hot toys is based. If I shopped at sideshow I’d have to wait another 3-6 months after release and as I do reviews that wouldn’t be feasible

It's amazing how Iron Man still holds sway almost 20 years since its inception 😊😊 I wonder if there really is demand for these IM figures or Hot Toys is just holding on to the license for dear life because, let's face it, the MCU is on a downward spiral and there's less and less characters that actually attract collectors.
