Its no wonder you see images of these trucks at the bottom of ravines. Seeing how this tractor unit chassis was stretched. Not repaired. In to a longer length. Just make you want to cry...and as for seam welding.....no one knows what that means.
None of the edges to be welded are clean, they're rusty so the welded joints will not be as strong or last that long, the os chassis rail at 4.30 is as bent as a British Politician. I'm so glad that's it's not me driving that Truck.
Good work as a thought but the execution is poor and without the slightest precision. These welds are of an amateur without the slightest training and knowledge on welding.
I'd like to see one of them try to pass an shielded metal Arc welding AWS D1.1 vertical up test with e6010 I do understand they don't have very many things to use as depicted here but there's more than likely slag inclusion in those joints
I'd like to see you do what these guys do with the equipment that they have available, you wouldn't know where to start. Your sneering comments are unwelcome.
@@harrygatto I wasn't staring at anybody I'm stating the obvious the even though that is a double wall frame I am supposing it's full of inclusion from slag undercut because they do not have the use of both hands because they don't have a head Shield and to assume that I wouldn't know where to start you don't know my skill-set or how long I've been welding reality right from the start decided to bless me and you can't blame me for that I am an American don't have those circumstances but I do know where to start because I was made to learn how to weld with just an angle grinder a cutting torch and a stick welder the only Advantage I had is I had a head Shield I could use both hands to weld with but I can weld one-handed often do

Do they look like they are college educated or have taken manufacturer's training courses or can even read instructions which are not in their native language. You "experts" need to consider the bigger picture before making condescending comments.

It’s comical to watch they basically relying on a bunch of plug welds . All to haul an extra 100 sacks of rice or flour. Just put in 2 new bigger truck bed rails and we may overlook the extra stress on the engine .

It's easy for you to judge. But this video is not for standards evaluation. Just a poor owner trying to get basis repairs in economical way. Which is not recommend. complete frame should be replaced.
What a hack job!!! Streching a truck, which i adequately sized for delivery jobs in an urban environment, to carry something like a battle tank? What about brakes? What about engine power? What about road safety for fellow humans? And I will add: Those weldings will not last long! Terrible hack job!!!!
типа проблема если снова сломается, они эти рамы на каленке штампуют только в путь, тут в соседнем видео, там после дтп, рама винтом, собрали из нее новую как два пальца, у нас похожую только газель, все с новья поставили и посмотрите какую сложную работу сделали. Или у нас камаз в тотал записали, хотя там с опор двигло сорвало и кабину всмятку, и вывод делали месяц.
I seriosly doubt this frame broke off. It seems that they are trying to extend this truck to get more load. Sure thing it is gonna work like that! Maximum loads charts and road safety are made for losers!!
