My colleague and I started doing Heather's workouts in our deserted office when everything shut down, and now we are so hooked on them we don't even want to go back to boring gym workouts! This one is perfect when we can only squeeze in a shorter workout - it's highly effective but easy to follow, even for newbies!

I also got a vitamin d deficiency when living in the UK and had to recover from that and I was on birth control that made me gain weight so lets just say I've been going through alot!! I'm back to working out but needed something to do at home and this kicked my ass and I loved every moment of it. Thank you thank you so much! I'll be doing this work out again if I can't get to a gym. You are appreciated!
Love it on my Upper Body Workout days! This one I do in Combination with your Full Body Workout with Weights. Together it’s nice at all! Since Corona, I do so many Workouts from your RUclips channel! I think these are the best for getting in shape or stay in shape! Thank you!

First time doing this workout and I love it. Im barely beginning my weight loss journey and this had me sweating like I was in a damn sauna. I can’t wait to see progress in my arms in the future. Can you do a kettle workout for muffin top!! Please 💓
Your videos are great Heather. I have been doing a lot of them and supporting your channel due to the variety. The one thing I cannot find is a longer upper body kettlebell workout. Since lockdown i have bought several kettlebells as they just seem more versatile than dumbells. Is there any change you can put one an upper body kettlebell routine for about 25 mins together? thanks.
Great swings. I ignore internet trainers with what I see as bad swings (most frequently the one that looks too constricted, stopping at 45 degrees with the bell breaking the plane of the arms). So, thanks, look forward to doing the workout.
