    This workout is perfect!! Thank you for the second window showing the next move! Thank you for zero talking once it starts and just more exercise! Thank you for repeating instead of just telling us to repeat! Smooth & easy to just get it done! Oh...and I’m on fire when I’m done so yay! to the moves as well! Very nicely done, Thank you!!

    I love Heather's kettlebell workouts! My colleague and I started doing Heather's workouts in our deserted office when everything shut down, and now we are so hooked on them we don't even want to go back to boring gym workouts! This one is perfect when we can only squeeze in a shorter workout - it's highly effective but easy to follow, even for newbies!

    I stumbled across this older workout from Heather when I was looking for something short to tag on to a tabata. Thoroughly enjoyed it as it was a different style! Maybe bring this back up the list!

    OMG thank you soooo much for creating such a wonderful video. I was in the US Air Force for 8 years and during that time I had a wrist injury that I finally got surgery from in 2016. I also got a vitamin d deficiency when living in the UK and had to recover from that and I was on birth control that made me gain weight so lets just say I've been going through alot!! I'm back to working out but needed something to do at home and this kicked my ass and I loved every moment of it. Thank you thank you so much! I'll be doing this work out again if I can't get to a gym. You are appreciated!

    Love it on my Upper Body Workout days! This one I do in Combination with your Full Body Workout with Weights. Together it’s nice at all! Since Corona, I do so many Workouts from your RUclips channel! I think these are the best for getting in shape or stay in shape! Thank you!

    First time doing this workout and I love it. Im barely beginning my weight loss journey and this had me sweating like I was in a damn sauna. I can’t wait to see progress in my arms in the future. Can you do a kettle workout for muffin top!! Please 💓

    Your videos are great Heather. I have been doing a lot of them and supporting your channel due to the variety. The one thing I cannot find is a longer upper body kettlebell workout. Since lockdown i have bought several kettlebells as they just seem more versatile than dumbells. Is there any change you can put one an upper body kettlebell routine for about 25 mins together? thanks.

    Great swings. I ignore internet trainers with what I see as bad swings (most frequently the one that looks too constricted, stopping at 45 degrees with the bell breaking the plane of the arms). So, thanks, look forward to doing the workout.

    Fantastic workout. Shame about the 4 at least adverts throughout. So annoying when your in mid flow working out. Still keep them going Heather, your workouts are great.
