Camille has roughly an 6-8 second window where Camille will have Hookshoot and Fiora won't have Riposte, but any good Fiora won't play as aggressive against a Camille without Risposte available. Fiora just lacks a way to lock Camille down and do significant damage (because of Camille E and passive) which is super annoying. And when both hit lvl6 as a fiora or any champ in general you know you're on a death sentence. Camille just needs to press R and the jungler can take his time to show up and spam his abilities. You have no form to escape, you can only pray your own jungler somehow knows how to counter gank or read the timing when the enemy jungler is ganking you. Overall each minute that passes that a Fiora player can't kill Camille or build a substantial cs lead, the worse it gets. That sounds pretty stressful for any Fiora main.
