Very good job I like the way you used the vice to do the merge collector lol never seen that before!!
Can I ask you on some advice, when welding stainless, if you dont backpurge, do the welds still polish up good?
Ive never tried that way but yours seemed to work well.
    Thankyou!!

Hi Matt Berry!!I'm a big fan of you.so it's a pleasure to have a comment from you.yes using bench vise is not the best idea but it was the only option for me.
I didn't back purged it too because i still don't have a setup for that.at the time when it's installed it looked very shiny but now it has turned into dull brown look...I'm so glad that mani holding together as one peice without a single leak so far.
Anyway thanks for the comment !!keep up your good work!!👍

@@mostlydiy7516 hahaha very small world man!! I am about to try stainless, just a little bit unsure...
Also I have made many plastic 4-1 collector jig, can send you one for free if you would like to try one. Merry Christmas and thanks for the reply!!

@@Camp_Dogs i really like to try your 4-1collector jig.i believe it's really useful to cut 4 peices identical so next step would be easy.i had to fill big gaps due to not identical peices made by myself using vise and the angle grinder.

Looks like mild steel flanges, is that right?

with stainless steel, gas must be used to prevent sugaring on the inside. and go do a welding course.
