Over a decade since the ME3 and I am still fangirling over these two. Shepard and Vakkarian will always be the OTP for me. Lovely video, thank you for making such a touching tribute for those two.
Garrus and Shepard's relationship is built on respect. It's founded on trust. It's a friendship that evolves into something more, slowly and over time. I know Garrus is (to an extent) a malleable character. I usually like to go the Renegade route when I do this romance. Like Ashley and Shepard, I feel it just works a little better with Renegade route. I love to have my FemShep be distrustful of Nihlus (the Spectre at the very beginning of Mass Effect 1) and eventually grow to fall in love with a Turian. That way, Shepard has at least a little bit of a character arc.

Replaying the game to experience his romance again is totally worth it! He's just such a great character who is on your side since the very beginning ;A; Man, the farewell with him had me in tears -sobs- & I'm glad you like the edit

Yes, he's so awesome that I currently doubt I could romance anyone else in Mass Effect X'D I definitely did not feel this way with the Dragon Age games. That's not my femShep; that's the default femShep for the Mass Effect remaster. And yeah, she's pretty. I will probably play as her in a new playthrough. The trilogy is so good.
@@keks503 definitely! The remaster ist awesomely done, the quality compared to the first release is amazing. I rlly loved playing it with all the details and yeah- since the game can be played your way it always feels and turns out a little different if you react differently. Bet it was my first time ever in mass effect 2 where I didn't want to listen to bad excuses and reacted in a bad way with a pretty good feeling to it. XD My squad would only exist with Garrus tho. But i also loved Wrex as a fighter and Tali as well as a potential great company on tour. Dang. Wanna play it again now xD but it was so damn hard keeping everyone alive..... :'D
I agree so much! In my first playthrough I always used the paragon options; I was afraid of not having enough paragon points if I distribute the points like I did in ME1 (charm vs intimidation). In a second playthrough I might use some more renegade interrupts, that are just Shepard being badass (but not being a jerk; I'd feel too guilty). God, in ME1 my squad was only Wrex and Tali XD I couldn't even choose Garrus, because I loved those other two too much. I was so sad when Wrex was busy in ME2; only for me to love my new krogan son Grunt

Yeah, three games should be enough....but why do I want more of these two together XD? I also just wish to see them happy together! They deserve it after all they've been through
