I would love to play a game where Garrus and Zaeed opend a home security company and they are super succesfull. And the Turians first laughing on them being so excessive but after one of the missions where you would have to protect a high ranking Turian officer in the safe house using all the deffensive options every Turian would want to employ them...

Is it bad that I want all of the traps to miss the intruder? Like. Have it be a delivery guy or something and Shep unlocks the door, but forgets to disarm the traps. But because Garrus and Zaeed were drunk when they set them up, all of the traps miss and the delivery guy is just terrified? (Naturally, Shep gives them a massive tip)

God, the writing in this game is legendary. I love it. I never realized that Zaeed is actually jealous. If you make the right choice/invite combination, you get that rare dialogue where he tells her she is beautiful.

Garrus and Zaeed really ought to rig up a trap involving the refrigerator or the cabinets in case Kai Leng decides to break into your apartment to fix himself a bowl of cereal and no one is home. A bit of a niche joke for those that have knowledge of the atrocious, lore-contradicting fourth Mass Effect novel Mass Effect: Deception.
The lines reads in these games are fantastic. I think in Mass Effect 3 the team knew that EA was gonna pull the plug on them, so they figured why not have as much fun as they could with the characters. So understandably 3 is the absolute worse in terms of sequel. BUT… the citadel DLC was the closest thing to an apology letter from the devs for ME3 being rushed
Seconded! The voice acting is amazing and citadel dlc is the ultimate fanservice to soothe our achy hearts after ME3. I personally did enjoy ME3 a great deal though, despite common opinion that it wasn't as good. Apart from the botched ending, the entire campaign was exhilarating in my opinion and doesn't pale in comparison to ME2. I would replay it in a heartbeat! 😍
@@elessgames Yeah 3 has the ending DLC aswell. It’s not a perfect fix but. Overall 3 is basically Deadspace 3 of the series. Everyone just sees EA pulling the plug on their favorite IP’s so no one is happy. The DLC for 3 has been a dolphin dive of course with romance characters or otherwise which was very much just “Let’s expand on the people that you spend all of your time with.” So you get Talis more cutesy teen romance movie that she really likes and will sing to you. Garrus and Zaeed being as much of a menace to the citadel as Grunt was. Only issue is for the full experience of ME3 I think people also missed was not having a ME2 save file which was pretty much NECESSARY if you want any chance of Shepard having any options or flexibility. Which I had this issue when I had ME3 without 2 for a while, since I was wondering “Why can’t I save my crew??? Why do they sometimes die, or not even like me at all?” Otherwise, it’s pretty good. Gets too much hate for what it does have

You don't need to get him revenge, if you have enough paragon you can make Zaeed loyal and save the workers and he survives in ME3
Yea that's the path I took as well. I chose to save the workers and thought I failed when Vido Santiago got away but Zaeed still ended up loyal. 😉
Save Zaeed's loyalty mission for last but stay consistently Paragon until then, and you're good.

The lines reads in these games are fantastic. I think in Mass Effect 3 the team knew that EA was gonna pull the plug on them, so they figured why not have as much fun as they could with the characters. So understandably 3 is the absolute worse in terms of sequel. BUT… the citadel DLC was the closest thing to an apology letter from the devs for ME3 being rushed
Seconded! The voice acting is amazing and citadel dlc is the ultimate fanservice to soothe our achy hearts after ME3.
I personally did enjoy ME3 a great deal though, despite common opinion that it wasn't as good. Apart from the botched ending, the entire campaign was exhilarating in my opinion and doesn't pale in comparison to ME2. I would replay it in a heartbeat! 😍
@@elessgames Yeah 3 has the ending DLC aswell. It’s not a perfect fix but. Overall 3 is basically Deadspace 3 of the series. Everyone just sees EA pulling the plug on their favorite IP’s so no one is happy.
The DLC for 3 has been a dolphin dive of course with romance characters or otherwise which was very much just “Let’s expand on the people that you spend all of your time with.”
So you get Talis more cutesy teen romance movie that she really likes and will sing to you. Garrus and Zaeed being as much of a menace to the citadel as Grunt was. Only issue is for the full experience of ME3 I think people also missed was not having a ME2 save file which was pretty much NECESSARY if you want any chance of Shepard having any options or flexibility. Which I had this issue when I had ME3 without 2 for a while, since I was wondering “Why can’t I save my crew??? Why do they sometimes die, or not even like me at all?” Otherwise, it’s pretty good. Gets too much hate for what it does have
@@ocelot_the_dragon Totally agree! And the regrets in past choices gives one a good reason to replay the game! That's what it's all about!
That said.... I honestly can't live through another heartache as I tend to become a slobbering teary mess by ME3. EVERY.SINGLE.PLAYTHROUGH. There's only so much a heart can take... 😢 But that's evidence how great the game is! 🎉

I can't remember if she did in canon (canon and fannon totally mixed up by now) but joker definitely did... Maybe it originated from there? But I can totally imagine femshep calling garrus that for sure.

I get why they released Citadel DLC, as a way to say a final goodbye to the series, but, throwing a party while Reapers are reaping apart the galaxy is so out of tune
Yea I agree it's a tad out of sync. Best to just take it as fan service as opposed to something canon to the series.
