Another hot girl hygiene hack for you: My armpits tend to stay stinky even after I've showered and done the double cleanse. But once I get out of the shower it's still a little sweaty smelling ESPECIALLY after the gym. So using your shampoo or a shampoo bar rubbing a little between your hands and using that as the first step in washing your armpits makes a HUGE difference. Because shampoo is made to rid of oil, and oil is really really good at keeping scent in thus why if you want a long lasting scent you should put it in or under an oil. So to get rid of a nasty scent use a shampoo. Also to add I'm not a big femme fresh fan BUT I recently used the gilette Venus intimate wash 2in1 that can also be used as a shave gel and I highly recommend it.
Sensitive girlies: do not use fem fresh! Water. Just water and washing with water. I’ve been told that by multiple doctors (as in 7). Some people can hack fem fresh but it’s not actually that great for the girlieeeee so if you’ve tried it and you’re struggling, just trust the power of cleansing with water. I promise. 7 doctors. All said the same. ANYWAY I LOVE THIS VIDEO SO WHOLESOME AND COZY YAYY😍

The dove original cream roll on deodorant is the very best ever, it’s made with dove moisturiser so super soft armpits and no stickiness as it’s more creamy than wet. I have been using that deodorant for the last 15 years and will never change

Love everything in this haul but as a trainee dental hygienist that toothpaste is something we say not to use only because it has no fluoride which protects your teeth against cavities & it also is very abrasive which yes, will remove stain on your teeth to appear whiter but then it will eventually remove your enamel causing a yellowy colour in the future & other symptoms like sensitivity xx

Also top tip the mouthwash you brought has chlorhexidine in it which will stain your teeth 🦷 so using that toothpaste will probs not work as well at whitening.
