I have total social anxiety but have a talent at singing and playing guitar. Today I stood up to my biggest fear and went onto the streets to sing an play guitar and I found out my biggest fears were total nonsense. I encourage everyone to do the same! My life is changing right now!

Confidence, Shyness, anxiety and Introverted are different things. Introverted means you get your energy from being alone, Extroverts get there energy from being around people, extroverts can be shy or have no confidence to. I am more introverted, and I am not shy, or fear talking to people, but if I spend to much time with people especially the wrong people To long I have to be alone for awhile. Now if you are introverted and shy, well you are definitely at a disadvantage, but you can definitely over come those fears.

I don’t feel have a SAVE place to feel my deep feelings. Very challenging dealing with PTSD from Combat missions in Iraq and my childhood rape. I know this may sound weird, but I love you Cory *Bro Hug* You are one of the reasons I’m still alive. Without my Service Dog I trained there would be a 99% chance I would not be alive. NO I’m NOT suicidal! War/Combat is so much easer than “real life”; you make it back from your Combat mission or you don’t (very easy rules) Real life seems to be filled with so much drama; I want no drama a have time to breath and relax... I know nothing of these things. Keep up the great work you do Corey!

Great advice. But there are always exceptions. I remembered about Gabriel Batistuta. He was Argentina´s top football scorer until Messi showed up. He always said that he never liked the sport, but he was great at it. So he stuck with it for the money so he could dedicate himself to farming afterwards. Great guy.

I'm happy and thankful that I know where I am today in life. I'm 20. Most guys in my age have no Damn clue about what they're doing and they end up with a job they hate and the unhappy marriage. Imagine where we will be when we're on our 30's. I'm excited for that!

Coach I calculated that considering all women on eart, between 20 and 34 years old, in order to talk to all of them, in the next 20 years I should meet more than 50000 women per day! That's something!

Man I talked to a pretty lady recently and was kinda not ready for it, she compliments me and my nervous anxiety just overrided me completely and I was repeating shit and stuttering. I ended up just laughing about it after I left but man did I flop 😅

I may be incorrect but this guy and Leo Gura. Actualized.org. Are great personal development coaches. Not excluding Tony Robbins etc. Just talking about the newbies.

That's not the way to think. Truth is you just "don't know" what you like. Not that you don't like anything. I'm joining the millitary at 22. Idk if that's normal or not, but truth is I might like it i might not. There's always going to be some good w/ the bad & vice versa. Truth is you have to go out and do "SOMETHING"!!!!! Can't stress that enough. Take action and less thinking about it. You don't know what you like anyway so don't waste time on thinking about it. When the good pops up (& it will in every situation.)focus on that & do more things involving that. Don't overthink just do. Best advice for ya. Also there is bo failure just lessons. What you do with the lessons learn, wine, or repeat is up to you. Goodluck man! You can do it!
