Yea these are definitely for the Diaspora, I cannot believe I live in Jamaica from birth and can't get a house at a reasonable price as a Jamaican, these prices for houses in Jamaica are outrageous and as a young employed person wanting to buy a house such as this one, I am beyond disappointed, I would be in debt paying for this house until old age. Why are these houses not priced reasonable for Jamaicans who actually want a good house to buy and live in comfortably? Why isn't there a price point that real estate companies cannot past, we are a third world country for God's sake.

Discuss the logic behind your saying not selling "quick quick" is a red flag, and provide links to the videos saying the quality is poor by an expert in that field.

I like the mountains in in the back ground which is good for fresh air. I know St.Marry has alot of natural spring , where you could get natural water. Great video would have loved to see more of the community, getting to the community and the actual surrounding areas since most of the new houses being built in Jamaica are generally the same as far as structure and functionality goes.

Yes and no. There are five homes that have 600 square foot basement walkouts, with a washroom, in addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The basement walkout could easily function as an extra bedroom with ensuite. The five untis are immediately to the north of the clubhouse and back on the ravine. I believe that at least two of these units are already sold, but I am not sure. Bedt to inquire with the sales personnel.
